My McCrispy sandwich had a terrible piece of chicken on it. Picture attached. My chocolate shake had half the chocolate at the bottom and I did not notice until I took a drink and almost threw up. Worst visit in a very long time. Very disappointed they would serve product like this, even for McDonald's.

Of the last two times I went to this place I thought that due to the schools there were many teenagers and they were making a lot of fuss but the employees were doing everything to keep the environment clean and organized even though it was a difficult task

New design sucks, employees don’t know when someone is at the counter, they expect the use of the kiosk but you cant do certain substitutions on it.

I thought it was because it's decaf but no it's just cream and vanilla 😭 just tell me there is no decaf next time besties I won't be mad

Wrong order 2 times, they didn't change the burgers, they just cleaned them and bad. They attended without enthusiasm, more than 20 minutes at the counter waiting for them to solve the problem of the incorrect order instead of being at the table with my family. Cleaning was not very good in the living room, tables not cleared and old papers on the floor. I'm not coming back.

I drive a bit further to get to this McDonald’s if the kids ask for mcds. Super clean, nice staff always seems to be legit smiling. Had an app issue, almost had me skip mcd’s for a while again but the manager fixed it and was super helpful. 11/16 10:30 ish :)
