They pay crew members like 16 dollars a hour just to put a meat on a bun. My order was wrong and the management their are extremely rude and unprofessional. Franchises need more attention to keeping a good customer service for the largest fast food chains
I visited this location this morning. got breakfast for my team. I didn't realize the mistakes made on the orders until I arrived at work. Each breakfast sandwich was made incorrectly and SLOPPY!! My steak bagel was as hard as a brick, completely left out another sandwich and a very COLD slice of cheese in another. then to top it all off I was given UNSWEET TEA!! I go to this location everyday. I'm employed thru Orange County Public Schools and work at the school around the corner. This morning, July 15, 2019, we ordered numerous food items and I got myself a coffee also. The food was so nasty and I called to speak to the Store Manager or a Manager and she was very rude.
