Very bad costumer service, employees don’t care if you ask them for help, when you walk in there is no one at the counter, they were out of many flavors and everything tasted old, the floor and the ice cream machines, never coming back

The worst ice cream shop I have ever been to. The service is terrible, there are no cleaning measures, the sweets are old and hard, as if they were expired. I will not go back to Menchie’s. The employees are lazy, they don’t treat customers well, and they don’t care about the ice cream shop.

This is my favorite menchies spot in all of the Orlando area. I had a great experience with the franchise owner David. He personally answered any of the questions I had regarding the frozen yogurt. He was also very personable & nice, someone I'd love to give my business to. It is also very clean & in a great location. I recommend 10/10.

Menchie's in Lake Nona is hands down the best Menchie's I've been to. The store is always spotless, and the frozen yogurt quality is top-notch, fresh and never running low on any of the toppings. The staff is super friendly and makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

Though the staff is very friendly, unfortunately I’m assuming due to low staffing the location is pretty dirty to the point where I had to leave. The tables clearly haven’t been wiped down, the floors are sticky and the bathroom has hair and visible stains and also no paper towel. There was also only 9 out of the 14 flavors available. The trash was also overflowing. Hoping this changes as we love Menchies

Small location. They don't have all the machines going so less flavors and since it's smaller less topping choices and they are slow to refill toppings that are gone

The place is tremendous but they have employees who are not interested in how the consumers feel. I arrived at 9:12 and did not want to look for fresh strawberries, the peanuts were empty and she said there were none at the moment and the Nutella bowls were empty and according to her there were none full. I asked her if there wasn't something else and she told me NO, there is no Nutella until tomorrow, I know the owner and they are tremendous but the night employees 🤦🏾‍♂️
