We ordered 2 Patty Melts & was very disappointed & dissatisfied. One of them had no onions& both the rye toast was greasy & burnt. We also ordered the zingers mountain melt & on all three orders the fries were undercooked. I was hesitant about ordering from there again because a while back I had a squishy steak & cheese sandwich. Muy buen sabor y excelente ambiente... es mi lugar favorito....
Ran out of what we came for. Brought wrong size beer & still charged us.
We then ordered, for a side, the baked potato, they said we need to run and see if they ran out of potatoes. Came back and said they still had.
Cilantro lime rice was hard.
Bill on new hand held device-included 22% tip for a party of 2.
