Visited this place last week. It was recommended to me because of the hot dogs. We were served by a man who took our order, he was super kind and friendly to us. My dog was divine. My friends eating hamburger and they loved it too. The prices are super good. I recommend it. The only detail is that they don't have tables. I hope they can solve it.

I placed an online order at 9:48pm, the system confirmed that the order had been sent through Mister Hot Dog's own page and by email, telling me that the order would be ready at 10:08pm. I arrived at the place at 10:15pm and I was informed that according to the system it was down and the orders were not arriving, but the system does work to debit and collect the order??? Because the cost of the order was debited from the account immediately. They asked me to show the order, I showed them the order on the page and in the email, they took a photo of it and according to the order it was already leaving and it was already 10:19pm and at 11:09pm they told me that they would return the money because the system I don't know what, they think they are deceiving the customer, the system works only to collect and not to send the order??? That's false, they didn't feel like taking my order, because they had the photo of my order that they took with the cell phone they use for online orders. It is a lack of respect and a mockery to have kept me there for almost an hour waiting for the order and in the end not to come out with anything. It is assumed that when one places orders online, said orders are “priority” because the system notifies the time in which the order can be picked up and the customer arrives at that time and the order is supposed to be ready. If you do not know how to handle the type of online orders, do not use it because they have demonstrated that it is not the priority to attend to or take out orders of that type, but rather the typical line in person. They don't know how to take and manage orders. This situation is the second time in this same place, I returned giving them the vote of confidence and it turned out that instead of improving, they worsened the service.
