I was just standing in line at the Orlando Terminal and I noticed that the staff especially the women were touching food, the doors and the register with the same gloves they used to fix the customers food. I asked on lady who had an accent if she could change her gloves due to me having a food allergy and she instantly had an attitude. She and the lady at the cash register were very rude. I mean just ugly on the inside and out. They both begin to speak in their native tongue about me. Needless to say I won’t patronize Mo Southwest again. Especially after spending $35.00Vegetarian options: I’m vegan, so their are a few options.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and the staff didn’t change their gloves after touching doors, freezer doors and the cash register

Greyhound really needs to get theirseves together. Our bus was over four hours late. Their vending machines are outrageously over priced and no one has any answers!!!!!

The worst experience ever, they stole our money, the food is horrible and the people treat you so bad, never buy food.People there are the worst.The worst service in the world is some thieves and rude people.They overcharged us and never gave us our money back.

All I wanted was a simple tofu bowl. I was told it would be served at 10, I had some time so I came back after 10. Line was repeated. I told them it was past 10. They looked at the phone, then told me to come back in 10 min. At this point I’m going to run out of time so I just did rice and beans. I said no cheese, they add cheese.I know typing this out, it may not seem like it’s much and customer service is a challenging and demanding industry. But, the way this rude donut hole went about all of this… you’re better off hiring a cardboard box.
