I’ll start by saying I frequent this Moes often, and the new management is great! However, I showed up after work a few days ago and got completely skimped on the meat. If a regular bowl costs around $15, you can’t do that to loyal customers, and then ask for a tip on top of that! I’ll chop it up to the employee being new because I’ve never seen the person before. I’ll change my review if I get better service next time.
Over the years, I had good and bad experiences at this location. More bad experiences than good, I’ve stopped going and would try again and nothing changed. A few months ago, I tried again and was pleasantly surprised that it was under new management. The owner & their family keep this place clean versus before it was always dirty. Since Moe's came under new management, I’ve noticed several positive changes. The staff are more attentive and friendly.
The food quality has also improved, with fresher ingredients and very good portions.
The restaurant itself feels cleaner and more welcoming, creating a better atmosphere for dining. I’m impressed with it and look forward to returning.
