They really should vend this out to a 3rd party. For what it is it's mediocre at best. Staff seem disinterested. Food is OK. Service is slow. We were there to flee hurricane Milton and went there 4 times with our dog with no issue. On the 5th visit at 6am, at which time they were to open, there was no notice and no sign indicating they would open late, we patiently waited an hour for them to open and some older balding dude tells another guest that no dogs are allowed. It's a walk through store with no seating. Plus we had been there with our dog 4 other times. I thought he was joking but he wasn't. Waited for him to leave, thinking he might help his staff, but he didn't. He left two minutes later and we went through with our dog.

If I could give 2.5 stars, I would - but unfortunately (maybe fortunately?) I can’t.
Recently came down for gelato, coffee, and drinks.
The refillable drinks are what they are - pay X amount for free refills, but the size is a bit misleading. Not a big deal.
Coffee is very very hit or miss - espresso is non-existent and the coffee is very poor for the most part. That’s okay though for a resort coffee place.
However, the gelato isn’t really gelato - it’s ice cream, plain and simple. And going back and forth between ordering (I ordered, was told to wait at the end, then informed to wait at the other end all while the cashiers are mumbling directions) is frustrating.
Also, when asking simple questions (Do you have more of this gelato?) I get hit with the “Of course we do. Why wouldn’t we have more?” … Okay, I was just asking a simple question.
Sorry for the spiel, but this level of customer service just leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the final days of my stay.

I believe they would do better by replacing this with a different café such as Starbucks or something similar. The customer service is great but the pizza is disgusting and the decaf coffee taste burnt. The pretzel was kinda bad and auntie Anne’s is better for pretzels. 😬 but there wasnt many other options.

Delicious toasted hot roast beef and provolone on a fresh baguette - ? hit the spot ! They offer a wide array of wonderful drink options at this bright clean venue in the center of the hotel - excellent coffee ☕️ ice cream ? family fun friendly - really nice people especially Julie S. Wonderful service excellent, she prepared all my food professional, awesome service, highly recommend Julie to take caren of your breakfast lunch or dinner here ?

If you like coffee this place is not a good choice. The cappuccino has almost no flavor. The Americano is awful. Universal needs to invest in better coffee choices. Hotel is too nice for a mediocre coffee shop.

Decent food available till 11pm, it’s the ‘market’ at the Sapphire Falls Universal resort. And while it’s convenient, there aren’t many options - pizza, samdwich etc and the food is just so-so

The restaurant is on the 4th floor of the hotel, which is where the lobby is located, it is nice, small and has an assortment of grab and go style food and snacks, they offer breakfast until 11 am, they have very tasty sandwiches and prepared at the moment if you want to eat there in a kind of bar there, there are several coffee options, I ordered a cold caramel latte and my husband a normal espresso, they also sell meringadas and ice creams, The girl at the cashier and the lady who They prepared the sandwiches very attentively!

Absolutely horrendous service. The front counter girl wasn't knowledgeable about anything. Instead of inquiring about said answers to questions she was absolutely rude telling me I was fine with whatever answer she decided to provide. She was rude to the point she had removed her name tag when I refused to engage and stated I would go to the front desk to say something. The hotel itself is nice I would never eat at this location because of the experience and the lack of follow up afterwards.

Awesome shakes!I got peanut butter & my wife got PB&J.If you are staying in the hotel refillable cup & if you are staying a while, get it refillable for the whole stay.

The food & drinks are always so good!! The staff are always so nice as well! The breakfast sandwiches and empanadas are delicious!

The pizza was absolutely some of the worst pizza I've ever had. I'd call it glorified microwave pizza, but there was nothing glorious about it. For the price, we would've been better off ordering delivery. Feel bad for the people who said they waited 30+ minutes for this garbage. Got stuck having to eat here multiple times because the good restaurants were full. Sapphire would be wise to replace this stand with literally ANYTHING else.
