I love this place! I can come get a coffee and a quick breakfast for the kids, a snack or a sandwich after the parks, and a late night snack after walking around city walk. When people complain about the prices, I always point out that you pay for the convenience of having this option at the resort. Is $14 a bit pricey for a personal pizza? Depends on who you ask, but not really. The staff is friendly, the line moves efficiently so don't be deterred it it looks a little longer than normal. Grab a coffee and a croissant and walk over to universal for early admission!

Overpriced , the total for 2 breakfast sandwiches (not made to order, just sitting in a warming dish)some fruit,yogurt and a coffee came to almost 60 dollars! Absolutely insane for what I'd describe as gas station food. Iv honesty had better from speedway. It's a convenience trap. Id recommend getting snack and breakfast items (that don't need to be heated due to the rooms not having microwaves) from the Walmart or other store. Doordash if you must/don't have a rental car but it will save you a lot of money.

it’s a beautiful area, the store is organized well. make sure that if you want a salad or any kind of food that you have at LEAST twenty dollars. a salad that you could get from walmart at home for 9 dollars is around 15 here. a water is 8.50, and other things are more. the service is nothing special, you’re getting constantly rushed and questioned no matter what you’re trying to say. i wanted a breakfast item at 10:30 and the man used a condescending tone to me, making me feel belittled due to the crowd waiting behind me, so i chose not to eat. i love Lowe’s Sapphire Hotel, but this certain store is nothing spectacular. don’t waste your time.

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon at Sapphire Falls. The staff at New Dutch played a huge part in making our trip so special. Shoutout to Angie for her thoughtfulness!! We stopped in every morning and were always met with smiles and kindness. The food there is excellent, definitely a great place to stop and grab a quick breakfast before a long day in the parks.

Ah there are only so many ways you can mess up breakfast but Dutch Trading CO literally got them all. Want a breakfast sandwich? There's only 2 options left and there old and dry. Yes they dont make them fresh even though they're $9. Thirsty? How about a cold brew? The most bitter cold brew I've ever had - slightly burnt taste. And even though you paid extra for the flavor syrups and milk, they only give you the tiniest squirt. Exquisite. Lastly after finishing making your janky coffee, getting your old sandwich and spending more than $20 per person. They ask for a tip. For what my guy?????

This extremely overpriced, especially for the quality of food. Just use Uber eats don’t waste your money. This is probably one of the reasons why we may not be staying here again. The price tag for the stay at this resort is high, As are my expectations. Do better or you’ll lose business, it’s that simple.

They really should vend this out to a 3rd party. For what it is it's mediocre at best. Staff seem disinterested. Food is OK. Service is slow. We were there to flee hurricane Milton and went there 4 times with our dog with no issue. On the 5th visit at 6am, at which time they were to open, there was no notice and no sign indicating they would open late, we patiently waited an hour for them to open and some older balding dude tells another guest that no dogs are allowed. It's a walk through store with no seating. Plus we had been there with our dog 4 other times. I thought he was joking but he wasn't. Waited for him to leave, thinking he might help his staff, but he didn't. He left two minutes later and we went through with our dog.

If I could give 2.5 stars, I would - but unfortunately (maybe fortunately?) I can’t. Recently came down for gelato, coffee, and drinks. The refillable drinks are what they are - pay X amount for free refills, but the size is a bit misleading. Not a big deal. Coffee is very very hit or miss - espresso is non-existent and the coffee is very poor for the most part. That’s okay though for a resort coffee place. However, the gelato isn’t really gelato - it’s ice cream, plain and simple. And going back and forth between ordering (I ordered, was told to wait at the end, then informed to wait at the other end all while the cashiers are mumbling directions) is frustrating. Also, when asking simple questions (Do you have more of this gelato?) I get hit with the “Of course we do. Why wouldn’t we have more?” … Okay, I was just asking a simple question.
Sorry for the spiel, but this level of customer service just leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the final days of my stay.
I believe they would do better by replacing this with a different café such as Starbucks or something similar. The customer service is great but the pizza is disgusting and the decaf coffee taste burnt. The pretzel was kinda bad and auntie Anne’s is better for pretzels. 😬 but there wasnt many other options.

Delicious toasted hot roast beef and provolone on a fresh baguette - ? hit the spot ! They offer a wide array of wonderful drink options at this bright clean venue in the center of the hotel - excellent coffee ☕️ ice cream ? family fun friendly - really nice people especially Julie S. Wonderful service excellent, she prepared all my food professional, awesome service, highly recommend Julie to take caren of your breakfast lunch or dinner here ?

The restaurant is on the 4th floor of the hotel, which is where the lobby is located, it is nice, small and has an assortment of grab and go style food and snacks, they offer breakfast until 11 am, they have very tasty sandwiches and prepared at the moment if you want to eat there in a kind of bar there, there are several coffee options, I ordered a cold caramel latte and my husband a normal espresso, they also sell meringadas and ice creams, The girl at the cashier and the lady who They prepared the sandwiches very attentively!
