This is a quick service food place within the Loews Sapphire Falls hotel lobby. We recently stayed at the hotel and often went here for their breakfast wraps, sandwiches, coffee or tea and snacks. Everything is more expensive because it's in a hotel lobby in a Universal resort, but it is cheaper than the other two restaurants in the hotel and convenient if you don't want to go to City Walk to eat or travel somewhere else for food. I appreciated their quick service and we did enjoy the food offerings. Their sandwiches are a good size for the price, and I enjoyed their chai tea latte (made with coconut milk) because it wasn't too sweet as is common with other large coffee chains. My favorite food from them was actually the empanada (available only after 3pm on the Friday/Saturday we were there) which had a crispy corn dough outside and inside with beef. The place was clean and nicely decorated to fit the theme of the hotel and they have a few tall tables next to them.

The pizza was absolutely some of the worst pizza I've ever had. I'd call it glorified microwave pizza, but there was nothing glorious about it. For the price, we would've been better off ordering delivery. Feel bad for the people who said they waited 30+ minutes for this garbage. Got stuck having to eat here multiple times because the good restaurants were full. Sapphire would be wise to replace this stand with literally ANYTHING else.

This is a place to grab a quick bite and go. With that being said at least the coffee we've got there was good enough to return the next day.

Quick-serve venue located off lobby in the Sapphire Falls resort at Universal Orlando. Pastry items, coffee, grab-and-go breakfast food, alcohol and sundries available. The scrambled egg & ham breakfast burrito had good value and could possibly be split in half to serve two. Coffee (not Starbucks) available. Thumbs up.

The design of the cafe is good but the food quality and the price are horrible.

Shocked to see a Universal Resort that doesn't have a Starbucks. I'm giving it 4 stars even though I didn't try anything here just because it isn't a Starbucks.

Nice looking place, underwhelming food and service. The mocha I ordered was undrinkable. It was super bitter.

While it's nice to have the convenience of a little cafe, I can't recommend any of their actual food. The Mac and Cheese smelled and tasted like vomit. The cake pop was inedible. They never had regular black iced tea, only raspberry. Anything fresh we bought got tossed. Stick to the prepackaged drinks and snacks and you'll be fine.

I’m not typically one to write a review but man a new system needs to be set up. A line which should take 20 minutes tops took us over an hour. I don’t think it’s the employees fault. They just need a better setup to expedite the service. Also agree with everyone else, it’s overpriced. Even a large coffee at Starbucks doesn’t cost this much. I guess it’s that convenience fee….

The food & drinks are always so good!! The staff are always so nice as well! The breakfast sandwiches and empanadas are delicious!

Breakfast review. The food is very mediocre and not very fresh but it is $8 for a sandwich and convenient so that mostly aligns with expectations. Potatoes were not good. The smoothie was probably one of the better items we tried. Coffee is Starbucks and offers the standard fare (hot coffee, iced coffee, lattes). There’s a decent selection of shelf stable items like cereals, chips, liquor as well as fruit and salads.

This has to be the worst run food option at Universal. I stayed at Sapphire Report the entire week, and came each morning to get my coffee. So this rating is based on multiple experiences. The staff was not knowledgeable about all that they carried, they were continuously rude and short with their answers, and my coffee was inconsistent in taste each day even though it was just a mocha. Additionally, they should have a separate line for coffee only as the line can take up to 15 minutes to go through. They also are the only place I’ve been to so far that doesn’t offer a pass holder discount. This place is one of the main reasons we won’t return to this hotel.

My husband and I stopped for breakfast on our way to the parks. We ordered the sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit, breakfast potatoes, and a bacon, egg and cheese. Although they were a bit pricy, the sandwiches and breakfast potatoes were good! Customer service was okay, nothing special.

Convenient little spot to grab a quick bite. Good selection of food and drinks including alcohol. Also you should be mindful of Asia. That girl mustve woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something cause that death stare she has definitely gonna shiver some timbers. Asia please save the mean scary faces for Halloween.
