What a gem! Great flavor and amazing pastries. My favorite so far is the coconut braised collard and potato puff and the lemon curd brioche bun. I can't wait to try more!

Atmosphere only gets a 3 because you never go inside the bakery. You stand in line outside and employee bring your order outside. It’s fun unless it cold or rainy. Don’t want to sound negative because product is awesome and it can be fun standing and talking to people. More of an observation if it were raining or cold.Wheelchair accessibility: You have to be able to park on the street and get to the location via sidewalk. It is located in a neighborhood with residences.

After trying my second batch of goodies (cottage loaf and key lime brioche), I have no words to describe how glad I am to have found this place. They must use magic or witchcraft in their fermentation to make these perfect baked goods. Please take all my money, Nomad! :)

Don't forget you ordered due to life or you'll be met with minimal compassion. After having ordered from Grace multiple times, either directly at nomad, pop ups, yelp events, or even her beer at redlight...it is quite difficult to support any further. She has the right to run the business as she fit, but I certainly also have the right to not be pleased with how it was addressed.I will say when I did have any of her baked goods, they were delicious. This complaint is simply from a missed picked up order due to personal life happenings and it was met with very little "grace." This review will have little affect on her business as she has quite the following here in Orlando.

I’ve had two items from this bakery that were so good they may have changed my life. The first was the caramel pear galette. The second was the sourdough brioche sandwich bread. I used the latter to make a fancy grilled cheese and it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. You can taste how much she cares about her ingredients and her craft. I’ll be a fan/customer for life.

The end all be all of bakeries in Orlando! Incredibly creative!

Delicious pastries, breads, cakes, pies, made with love and the highest quality ingredients. I feel great when I eat these type of nutrient dense goodies.

Best bakery in Orlando, hands down! We’ve ordered a custom birthday cake, which was amazing, and order frequently for their Saturday bakes. They drop a new menu every Tuesday at 5 p.m. and offer pickups on Saturdays. We’ve lived in major cities and these are by far the best baked goods we’ve had. If you’re lucky enough, you’ll catch them when they do their doughnuts.

The only bakery in Orlando that I will drive out of my way and plan my Saturday around. I’m often disappointed by other bakeries that other people rave about, but the quality of ingredients, talent and love come through with every bite of everything I’ve ever had from Nomad.

Caught Nomad when they were at East End market a few weeks ago. Holy moly, are they good! First bakery to give Buttermilk any serious competition. We got 6 different things, a mixture of sweet and savory, and they were all fantastic. Everything bagel tart, fruit hand pie, bread pudding. Their lemon tart was maybe the best I've ever had. Can't wait until they are back in Orlando to try more items.

I found nomad bakehouse in my search for a bakery that met my strict standards rooted in my history of gut issues. Grace uses organic ingredients and sources locally and very mindfully. Her sourdough is naturally fermented, as it should be. And she has skills!!! 10/10, would recommended

This review is overdue, but I would be remiss not to write it. I am specifically reviewing the Nomad Bakehouse two-day sourdough course. I can attest that Nomad’s breads and pastries are phenomenal, but I will be focusing on the class in this review. This class was a true 5-star experience, and I’m picky. Grace is incredibly kind and personable, but also every bit the professional. Before enrolling, I reached out with a slew of questions and Grace, the owner, was quick to respond. I appreciated having all of my questions answered so I could make an informed decision before paying what, to me, was a significant investment.Directions and details for arrival were spot on and I was greeted warmly before the class and provided with tea and a cozy gathering space to meet the bakers and the other students. Class started promptly and was structured beautifully. I’ve been a cooking instructor for a decade and I was very impressed with Grace’s class. She was well-prepared, she had a helpful handout, and the pacing of the class was perfect; nothing dragged on, nothing sped by. Her assistant, Rachel, was extremely helpful, available to grab an ingredient or tool, and quick to wash dishes and clean up so that students did not have to.I appreciated the frequent demonstrations of skills/techniques and Grace and Rachel’s willingness to answer questions as we went along. Grace was engaging when explaining some very detailed and technical information and was always gracious with providing answers to an array of questions. She and Rachel are wildly talented, but never pretentious. This was a space for learning, not for showing off.I was extremely proud to have produced some incredible sourdough bread at the end of my two days, as well as some delicious pastries. The second day of class culminated with the most delicious meal, thoughtfully and artfully prepared by one of Orlando’s premier chefs. It was more than a treat. What a great time to enjoy the fruits of your labor! After the class, Grace has continued to be responsive to my questions as I trial and error my way through baking at home, which is incredibly generous. To be honest, I think the “value for the money” aspect is probably six stars, not just five. I felt as though I got more than I bargained for and walked away feeling so very thankful for a wonderful weekend and for the education I received.I can’t recommend this class highly enough. Two of my friends are signed up for the next class because they heard me rave about it! For anyone who loves baking, or wants to learn about sourdough, or really see the behind-the-scenes of a micro bakery - this class is for you. Best of luck, Grace, in your future endeavors!

It’s hard to put into words how much everything this bakery makes tastes like heavennnnnn. Do yourself a favor and just get in on this goodness. The bread, the donuts, the cinnamon rolls - all favorites!

Found this bakery while searching for a local bakery who made sourdough bread. Our first order was a Cottage Loaf, Chocolate Chunk cookies, Chocolate Mousse cake and croissants.Everything we've tried so far was delicious. We park around the corner on Osceola Dr and walk to the bakery.
