Nice dinner, good service. Very noisy I had came the day before the check out tables for 5 that would provide a good talking atmosphere.
The only negative was that we had a member with us who was in a scooter and the table position wasn't really accessible for someone on a scooter to eat comfortably. She made due but having a comfortable eating position would have made the experience much better.
Great food, although a bit salty to my taste. Waitstaff was excellent, and the presentation was perfect. Would absolutely go again.
Server was attentive and friendly. Food was subpar. I had the stuffed cod and it was stuffed with chunks of leftover bread and two shrimp. It was covered in a mustard cream sauce that lacked any depth. The shrimp boil tasted like pepper not like traditional seafood boils. The corn was tough and was most likely frozen. It felt like eating in a cafeteria.
Dispite having a reservation we had to wait to be seated. We were not offered an option to sit outside and placed next to the kitchen. Waitresses wee excellent
They did not seat us in main dining room. We got stuck in this area they created to accommodate more people. Door was constantly being opened which was changing temperature from freezing to scorching. We were near a bar so we heard all the people getting wasted and wild. It was so loud we couldn't hear each other. I'm sure the inside is nice but they ruined our experience by seating us where they did. Waitress was very sweet and attentive.
Unfortunately seated by the men's restroom so not great atmosphere for our 25th Aniversery dinner Server was polite enough but despite informing him my wife was gluten free, seemed to keep forgetting this when making severing suggestions Gluten free choices for desert not great
The Paddlefish was a big disappointment. I understand we were on a Disney property and young kids are part of the experience, but we were seated in a huge open dining area that lacked ANY sound deadening. The boat lacked elegance. Red Lobster has more charm. Young kids were screaming , crying., and running everywhere. I am a parent and was shocked no parent or staff member tried even once to quiet them. Our waiter, Kevin, was very professional but his service could not improve our evening. He resigned himself to the chaos. More significantly, all three meals were utterly flavorless. The shrimp was rubbery, the Mahi was overcooked, and the pasta was no better than Olive Garden. I don't recommend.
We tried Paddlefish for the first time last year. The food and service were so good that we decided to try it again this year. Paddlefish did not disappoint. Our respective dishes were cooked to perfection and delicious. Since were are regular visitors, we will definitely be returning to this gem in Disney Springs.
The food was just lovely, service on point. I did not like the clam chowder and they took it off the bill no worries. Nice place to eat and watch the boats go by

We visited Paddlefish at Disney Springs to celebrate the day before my son’s birthday with our whole family, and the experience was truly wonderful. Our party of 12 was seated quickly (no more than a 20–25 minute wait) at two round tables next to each other, and our server took care of both tables seamlessly. She was phenomenal!!She asked about the occasion, listened as we shared that we were celebrating my son’s birthday, and even chatted with us about our upcoming trip to Epic Universe. That extra touch of hospitality made the night feel special.
The food was excellent. We started with the calamari, and the jalapeño-spiced sauce was delicious. I had the clam chowder, while my son enjoyed the crispy shrimp and fries. Together we shared the grilled octopus, which was cooked perfectly. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. For dessert, the server surprised us with a brownie and ice cream so we could sing happy birthday and the rest of the table couldn’t resist ordering chocolate chip cookies with milk.
The atmosphere, food, and especially the service made this a memorable celebration. I regret not getting our server’s name because she was exactly the kind of server you hope for..attentive, kind, and able to handle a large party with ease. We’ll definitely be back to Paddlefish, and I highly recommend it for both special occasions and a great dining experience in Disney Springs.
