Most of dinner was great. Two items were fails though. 1) Scallops were absolutely swimming in sauce. Either serve on the side or just delicate drizzle not drown. 2) The Arugula salad had 2 small pieces of poached apples under a pile of leaves. Flavour good, aesthetic and quantity not so good.

We ordered 2 appetizers, and 4 different meals and everything was disappointing. The calamari basket was half calamari and half jalapeno peppers and the seafood boil was ok but pretty sub par for the price. The shrimp pasta and the stuffed cod were both good. Our server was quick, friendly and helpful though, so she did save the night.

Using OpenTable, we asked for a specific dining area and a water-view table, Paddlefish acknowledged our request at check-in; we weren't disappointed. The food & service were great.

Service was great, food was as expected nothing exceptional. Unfortunately our table was located outside the Men's restroom door which made for a a less than favorable meal.

Food was really good...got crispy shrimp, calamari and a salad. I do feel like the calamari is a bit overpriced. My main negative Is that the restaurant was dirty. Tables still had crumbs all over as well as the chairs which I did not appreciate.

Best two word review. DON'T GO. Had the snow crab boil and there was no butter warmer so butter was cold. The crab legs were not cut so hard to open. Prices were high, dining area very loud. A cup of coffee was $ 6. Crab boil $ 60. We were hapy to get out of there. So sad, it was good years ago when it was Fulton's.

On November 11th my family dined at Paddlefish in Disney Springs and I wanted to share my experience with you.
My family is by no means well off and we had to save quite a while for our vacation in Florida. The three of us wanted to have a nice dinner and saw the appearance of the establishment and thought we would attend. Starting with the welcomer being super friendly. We were nervous about not having a reservation but she was so kind and accommodating. When our table was ready we joked about needing a kids menu for the crayons for one of the three of us (Clearly in our thirties) She smiled and grabbed 3 of the kids packs for us.
When we sat down we were greeted by the kindest and most positive, upbeat person we have run into this entire time in Orlando. Rafel was so knowledgeable about the entire menu, from the market price of Oysters, to helping me avoid my allergens. He offered suggestions for the indecisive one in our group and made us feel as though we were his only table.
When the food arrived we were amazed by the size of the meals and the quality of the taste and the freshness of the seafood.
After we left, we realized that one of us forgot their phone at the table. When we returned to retrieve it, the staff recognized us and knew exactly what we were there for. They advised us that to keep the phone safe, it was placed in an office (possibly a safe). Well above a 5 star experience.
