Vivoli il Gelato offers very good gelato, with simple, creamy flavors and efficient service. Owned by the same family as the oldest gelato shop in Florence, it has a rich history. The ube tiramisu, however, lacked the authenticity of the ube flavor and felt more like a cake in a cup. Some sorbets like Lemon and POG were overly sweet and lacked the refreshing fruit taste. Despite this, the shop in Disney Springs is known for delicious desserts like cannoli french toast and tiramisu. Customers also appreciate the exceptional service provided by staff members like Dylan, making each visit a pleasant experience.
