I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. I had a horrible rude waiter named Rafa on 3rd shift. Happened 12/16 @10:30. His service was so bad that I decided I was not going to tip him. I have never not tipped anybody in my life. He brought the scanner to our table so we can pay our tab. He had the scanner facing him so he can see how much tip he’s getting he put $12.35 for his tip I put other and I typed in zero he looked at me and laughed in my face.
