Exactly what you'd expect from a cheap hotel breakfast buffet, except it wasn't priced like a cheap buffet. It's advertised as about $16 a person, but there's a service fee tacked onto that price ON TOP OF asking for a tip, coming out to $20 per person. For their credit the server was very attentive, always coming over asking what drinks we wanted or any refills we needed, to the point of being TOO ATTENTIVE and constantly hovering two feet away from our table, silently waiting...read full review
Two days in a row, couldn't get a service person to come to our table until we are leaving. Force you to tip but don't actually provide any service and guard the drinks (water/oj/coffee) behind service people who don't show up.

Came for a buffet and food and atmosphere was average. But be warned, and extra 15% service fee is added to the bill. When paying at the front another 10 to 20 percent tip is also populated so if your not paying attention, you will be hit with a 25 to 35 percent tip. Shame on the Rosen's for these deceptive policies. Stop ripping off your guess and customers.
