Went with my family and saw the general manager take food out of the trash and give it to one of the workers on the line to serve to a customer. Insane. Poorly run and questionable upper management.
I visit at least once or twice a week with my daughter to enjoy some soup—it's really delicious! The service is consistently great, and the food adds to the wonderful atmosphere.Thank you

Been going here for years and loved their bagels, soups and sandwiches and coffee. But their sandwiches have little meat anymore and the price way out of line with what you get. Bagels dry and lacking salt or something as they are tough and bland. My favorite asiago bagel no longer tastes of any cheese or salt. Such a shame as myself and co-workers used to love this place. So many places increase the prices and yet reduce the quality.

Cancelled our large office team order 45 minutes before pickup. Shame on you, Panera. Get your act together!
This location is not the same anymore. The bread was dry and old. The salad had only like 4 thin strips of chicken, the greens were stiff and dry, and so plain and simple. And to top it off, the cashier had a face like she was mad at someone or not happy to be there. The atmosphere is not the same at all. NOT GOING BACK!!!
