Bread used to be better, is noticably soggy now. They did something to the lemonade too. Still a good neutral meeting place with adequate food for lots of tastes. But probably not anybody's favorite restaurant anymore.

Food was actually awful. Mac and cheese tasted so dry and old. Bagel barely had any flavor, chocolate chip Muffie tasted like it’s been sitting out for days. Everything was just disappointing and I threw away most of it. Not to mention whoever designed this place obviously does not want students here working. There’s not a single outlet in the sitting area for people on laptops to use. I’ll never come back to this location.

French onion soup in a bread bowl was cold and dry. About two tablespoons of liquid. Never again. Employees acted like they didn’t need more customers, even though there were only three others.

Went with my family and saw the general manager take food out of the trash and give it to one of the workers on the line to serve to a customer. Insane. Poorly run and questionable upper management.
I visit at least once or twice a week with my daughter to enjoy some soup—it's really delicious! The service is consistently great, and the food adds to the wonderful atmosphere.Thank you

I had such a lovely experience at this Panera Bread. Savannah, the cashier who helped me, was super sweet and helpful. She took the time to explain the Panera Rewards program and the Value Duets menu to me. Amazing customer service!
