Thank you to the staff! They went A&B to make me and my friend happy. Nothing wrong but they were accommodating and understanding. Especially when it's towards the end of the shift. They definitely deserve some kudos. Sadly, no name tag so I can't name anyone specific. But this was the evening shift, brunette in a bun, wearing a pink pole I believe and around 5'4" height approx. LoL

Stopped inside to order to-go. The website for a mobile order was not working with our gift card. Was super frustrating. Went inside. Ordered our food. And waited for our order. The cashier did the latest thing where they compliment the customer's hair in order to get a tip. It was so disingenuous and obvious because it now happens at so many Paneras. Today was so hectic that I hadn't even brushed my hair so it was simply disingenuous. Our food came out timely but the one cashier who attempted to score a tip completely forgot our bakery item. The agave lemonade was mixed with tea somehow. We were sip club members for a VERY long time and we do not get caffeinated beverages because the drinks were for our young children. Please change out the drinks so folks who opt not to drink caffeine do not get it on accident. My kids are 5 and 6. We purposely get the agave lemonade to avoid the "charged" drinks. When I got in our car, I opened my daughter's sandwich to remove the onions for her and noticed that the tuna was almost completely off of her sandwich. We had no utensils so I had to go back inside to get them. (*Correction: later we found our utensils buried in a bag underneath 4 stacked baguettes. Found them at the end of our meal.) When I was inside to get utensils customer found a cookie on a table that a customer had left. He asked if he could have it. (Pretty sure it belonged to a customer who went into the restroom.) The cashier didn't hardly even look at the guy and said she couldn't take it back so if he wanted it, he could have it.We are completely done with Panera at this point. It is just a hassle to go. Will finish using the gift cards we purchased awhile back and then this is the end for us. If you would like tips, genuinely show patrons that they matter.

I come here pretty often to study. The service is good and efficient. But, there are some days where I come here and it’s super cold and the music is a bit loud making it hard to focus/study so I usually have to leave and go somewhere else so that sucks. But other than that, it’s a good place to study on days where it’s not like that.

We tried the new Mexican Street Chowder. It was quite good, a bit spicy.

I love this place! The best is the broccoli and cheddar soup and sandwich. I could eat that soup daily! Wish we had one where I live! The staff was patient and kind. They noted our dietary restrictions!

In all honesty, this Panera bread went south the last couple of years. They left the nice staff members go.Food:We keep paying insane prices for what seems like smaller portions. Sometimes the food wouldn't be warm enough to eating standers in my opinion. Also the dinks are getting expensive almost $8 for a small cup of a smoothie that's not even filled up.Service:As I said in the intro, the staff changed here, I used to be a regular in this shop and the so called manager of the mid-day/ night shift would always give me looks and even yell at me ones for not seating properly and was told if I didn't seat properly that he would call the cops on me.Overall view:The only reason I'm giving it two stars is for the hand full of workers that are still there and I feel bad for them.

The employee Nash was so very helpful during my order. I ordered through DooDash for a large order for a company lunch and DoorDash was giving me issues. When I called the restaurant Nash helped in every way she could and was very nice! Great customer service!!

The driver of the beige altima with white front end , 2 skinny methheads who park behind your location need to go. They also park behind chikfila. They get their rocks from the skinny Spanish dude through the hole in the fence behind your location. Yall don't care, and cops don't care.
