My pick up order was missing all the sides, 2 chips and 3 pieces of bread. Also, the coffee was missing. I requested utensils but there were none. Do they even check the orders? When the I asked about the missing items the person was somewhat rude. This behavior and service is on track with previous experiences. I will not be giving them another chance. The quality/quantity received for the amount they they charge is not worth it.

Probably the worst food I’ve ever had. I ordered one of the new bacon avocado melts and let me just say, wow. Who ever approved of that sandwich needs to rethink it. The photo of course does not match what it looks like when you actually order it, there was way too much seasoning, 1 piece of bacon, and barely any avocado. I felt like I was eating a soggy everything bagel cheese sandwich. The mango smoothie, 10 times worse. Was there even any mango put in there because honestly it tastes like a smashed banana with some juice. I’m so done visiting Panera.

The $4 pecan pastry didn't have a single pecan on it or in it. They were out of many things, the coffee wasn't good, the staff was somewhat flippant. Not up to par with other Panera experiences.

If you order online make sure to CHECK everything before you head out. I’ve had issues at this location where some items in my order were missing.
The atmosphere is amazing. And while i was there a customer insulted one of the employees and the manager came to help the employee. After the altercation i overheard the manager giving the employee a pep talk to cheer him up, I don't want to say what he said because it's private but it was amazing. Anyway the service is amazing and the food always comes out pretty fast. Its also a really great place to do school or work especially because there's a whole seating section dedicated to it.
