The atmosphere is amazing. And while i was there a customer insulted one of the employees and the manager came to help the employee. After the altercation i overheard the manager giving the employee a pep talk to cheer him up, I don't want to say what he said because it's private but it was amazing. A nice, clean Panera that's usually pretty empty on the weekdays. I recommend sitting in to eat if you're looking for a calm atmosphere.The butternut squash soup is really yummy, it's my go-to here :]It has a warm, earthy flavor reminiscent of fall.They should really sell a different apple cultivar though because the ones they have leave something to be desired.
