Food was terrible. Small portions, chicken wings not good. Nachos not good. And on top of that we added chicken to our nachos, and they didn’t even give enough chicken to feed a toddler never mind 2 grown adults. The jambalaya was dry, and overcooked. Singers were not very good and place was dead. I do not recommend this place at all. The only place that had availability on July 4th at City walk, and it was for a reason!

Waited forever for a private event to end only for them to tell us that the kitchen is no longer open. They could have communicated that to all the patrons standing there waiting for said event to end instead of wasting our time.

We came here for our anniversary and had my sights on this place for a while (I love Cajun food). We had a bit of a snafu and didn't bring our IDs and were carded (we had been in Florida a week at this point and this was the first time we were asked to prove id 😂), we were a little frustrated at first but obviously we realize the waitress was doing her duty and would not wanted her to get in any sort of trouble on our account. The restaurant manager apologized and included our desserts for the night, certainly he was under no obligation to do so we really appreciated the gesture...one of the piano players congratulated us (along with the room) and a couple in the room ended up paying for our meal. Needless to say we were astonished by the back to back gestures...will definitely pay it forward to another couple down the road.
All that aside our food was great. I've seen some remarks about portions but from my perspective the portions coincided neatly with the value of the meal (and we thought this before even requesting our check). My wife got the jambalaya and I got the crawfish Étouffée. I think I like her jambalaya slightly more but the Étouffée was still really good. Thank you Pat Obrien's staff, the customers, and pianists for making our night memorable, this is definitely a must stop at if were ever at Universal City Walk.

The music and food fill the soul. We loved the warm and fun atmosphere, but we also loved the experience of eating Caju food. The service was also excellent...don't expect a luxurious atmosphere, but do expect delicious food and good music.

Great atmosphere good food and amazing service! My partner has a mollusk shellfish allergy and we'd reviewed the menu and didn't see any issues and double checked with the waitress. The waitress made an allergy note, the person-in-charge came out and confirmed with us. After this all our food was marked and the runner confirmed with us as well! We had a lot of fun!

THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN? Huge huge shoutout to Bobby!! Literally an amazing waiter and the sweetest guy! Recommended the best drinks, food, and was just on top of it. The music was so fun, and the atmosphere was so beautiful and lively- it was my first time here, and I owe it to Bobby and the musicians who made it all the better. Coming back for sure. Entertainment was great but service not so. A gin mmartini was delivered instead as a Vodka martini. When I politely pointed it out to the waiter, they checked with the bartender who claimed that not only was it gin, but Hendricks! So I was overcharged for a drink I didn’t ask for. Inexcusable. And yes, I can tell the difference between the two. It was my first and only drink of the evening.
