Order was 45min late & cold, pizza box, breadsticks box and wings box were all crushed! He found the wings after driving away, brought them back and said they had fallen out! Breadsticks were hard on each end. I ordered a pepsi and dr pepper and i got one mountain dew! The worst i have ever seen in a pizza hut or delivery driver. He should be terminated and this location shut down. Oh did i mention the contactless delivery was him handing me the crushed boxes with no mask and no gloves..... if it looks like a crack head, acts like a crackhead... he's probably a CRACKHEAD!

The pizza was decent. The garlic not were OK. The fact you have to pay for parmesan red pepper flakes is terrible.

So disappointed. :( my husband and I are quarantined with our 3 kids and decided to give this Pizza Hut a chance tonight. Placed our order at 6:40pm and an hour later, no word...no pizza...nothing. I called at 8:00 to check on things and was told that the manager had to cancel our order because a driver broke down. Ahh, did they think it might be helpful to call the customer and let us know that dinner was cancelled? Met with an quasi-apologetic manager who did not offer a coupon for next time. His excuse for not calling was the phones were ringing off the hook. Would have been nice if he took responsibility and offered us dinner another night. No motivation to give this spot a second chance. Bummer.

Chandler, the person behind the phone is exceptional at her job. Patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products Pizza Hut is offering. Pizza came out to standards, nothing less than I would expect.

YOU HAVE TO CONE HERE! Tristan is a great guy. Made it worth the wait he understood that he was closing in 15 minutes and still promised my order to be delivered on time which is it was! Come here for the best pizza and customer service around!

Answer your phone, we’ve been waiting for 2 hours to talk to someone. Have the courtesy and service to answer your customers. Wanted to give Pizza Hut another chance but failed...again.

My favorite location for tasty Pizza. The service was very sociable and kind. The place has an awesome feel to it.
Placed an order, 45 minutes later the online tracker showed no movement. Attempted to contact the store to see if they could provide an ETA. The first time I was transferred 3 times and then hung up on. The second time I was transferred more than 5 times and put on hold for 10 minutes. Absolutely trash customer service. They apparently seek only the rudest and most incapable individuals as employees.
