Well, that is the most egregious customer service I’ve ever had. I ordered a pizza with spinach and mushrooms via DoorDash. I’ve got a plain cheese pizza. It appeared DoorDash used wrong description and the pizzeria employee offered me to pay for that misunderstanding between DoorDash and them. The customer service is so bad that they even don’t offer apologise but hang up on their customers. Btw, the cheese pizza also looks burned.

Normally we have a good experience but tonight we ordered 3 of the 2 slice and a drink specials and was told there was a wait of about 10 min. We were totally fine with that. It was busy. After about 10 min I went up and asked if we would get the slices at the counter or if they would bring them to us. They said they’d bring to us. And it would just be a few more minutes. 10 minutes later I asked where our slices were. We could see they were delivering to the table lots of other slices and the people orders after us. When I asked they looked confused and said 5 more minutes. Another 10 minutes later I asked again. We waited nearly 35 minutes at this point and they said another 5 more minutes. We now were pressed for time and had to get to a show at the Dr Phillips Center downtown and couldn’t wait any longer. Still no food and I just asked for a refund. They gave me the refund and we left. Hungry and now no time to grab anything else elsewhere. Very disappointed in the service. We order from Valdianos weekly for delivery and this will be my last time there. I get it places are busy and we were waiting without any complaints. But then when we were looking for the food it was just brushed off and no one seemed to care we had waited over a half hour for 4 cheese slices and 2 pepperoni slices.

Respect the food but the service was horrible. Ordered 2 cheese slices, 2 garlic knots and 1 pepperoni pizza. Several orders went ahead of me and after 15 minutes I had to ask for my order which no one had a clue about. I would've been waiting around for who knows how long if I didn't speak up. This place needs better organization. If I ordered a whole pizza or more I would understand the wait. The only person that was decent was the lady in the front with the colored hair. Everyone else looks confused and bewildered whenever an order was asked. Very disappointed.

Great Pizza, The food overall is excellent. Service is good, the owner is always there and does the cooking. He is also very nice, friendly and welcoming. He will make your food as you requested and it is good. I'm a picky eater and I always come here even if I'm not close by. Sicilian pizza are my favorite and he makes one that remind me of my days growing up in NYC. Also, try the Garlic Knots, Chicken or Meatball Parmesan. The place is clean and it's with in walking distance to the stores in Waterford Lakes mall.
I love this little pizzería. This is the closest I will ever get to an authentic New York slice. Pizza is always fresh and delicious. Staff is nice and prices are great. Definitely recommend.
