Did not seem up to par with the usual peanut butter power up I am used to from other Planet Smoothie locations. It tasted watery and the peanut butter as it was being scooped into the blender looked funky.

I come here often. Depends on who makes your drink is your experience. Today was a young man with a horrible attitude. I ordered what I always do and tasted like water. His solution was to mix the drink with more ice. When I said, “wait that’s going to make it taste even more like water”, he put the drink back again in the blender and mixed it with another cup of extra ice!. He could’ve care less of my request. Owners should review videos and do some serious training not only in drinks but costumer service. This service is unacceptable specially when drinks are this expensive.

I am so clueless as to why I always remind cashiers to take my discount off for having my cup or adding my phone number so that I receive my points. It's a little annoying. Maybe I should just order ahead so it's automatically done. Smh then nobody seems to be able to fix it ever.

drove 30 min to get here because all the others close at 9pm. arrived at 9:21pm granted not earliest ever, i was there “on time” based on hours. doors locked, dude looked me in my eye as he was cleaning front of house and then just proceeded. I then knocked and he just walked to the back and stayed there as if i were a wall. A joke.

Delicious fresh fruit smoothies are available at Planet Smoothie. The staff is very welcoming and efficient. The store is clean and pleasant. I usually ask for less ice and they are accommodating.
Me and my brother go here occasionally, I mean the stuffs good and it's fairly priced. Would say 1 thing though: it feels like either you're meant to chug it or you're gonna lose all the flavor within 3 minutes, but I still like it

Came here 04/30/23 at 7:57pm and they were closed, door locked and everything. If they close at 8:00pm per their schedule then they should close at 8:00pm. Didn’t drive over 20 mins for this.
