The worker also said that they lost a lot of money through yelp's advertising and that yelp was a scam. REALLY?????? I LOVE Yelp and use it as a guide for dining and purchases. Oh well. My smoothie does, however, taste great.

Delicious fresh fruit smoothies are available at Planet Smoothie. The staff is very welcoming and efficient. The store is clean and pleasant. I usually ask for less ice and they are accommodating.

I went here and it was underwhelming, at first when we stepped into the store it smelled like rotten fruit and so we ordered 2 drinks I got the Strawberry colada which tasted fresh and like a smooth but my mom ordered the lean green which actually tasted only like banana and didn't have any herb taste but the that was bothering her was that she could feel the protein powder in the drink and that was a turn off. The service was fast for the one person that was there and the ambiance was underwhelming.

My wife and I went to The Avenues of Viera for dinner. I told my wife that I want to go to Planet Smoothie for a smoothie as they are so close and I had one a few weeks ago and they taste so good. She said she was too full from our meal but she would accompany me there. I ordered one and told her it tasted so delicious to try one sip. She immediately stepped in line and ordered one for herself. Their smoothies are the best tasting no matter where you get one. There is one problem, there are so many on the menu it is hard to decide which one you want.Irwin A.

Me and my brother go here occasionally, I mean the stuffs good and it's fairly priced. Would say 1 thing though: it feels like either you're meant to chug it or you're gonna lose all the flavor within 3 minutes, but I still like it

Came here 04/30/23 at 7:57pm and they were closed, door locked and everything. If they close at 8:00pm per their schedule then they should close at 8:00pm. Didn’t drive over 20 mins for this.

Ordered a smoothie from here today and watched the worker make it. After watching her fix the smoothie per her guide, I noticed she added water as a base liquid and then after adding ingredients, she added a TON of ice. Sure enough after I got two sips in, it tasted watered down. The smoothie tasted like water with a little bit of flavor added in. So I paid $10 for a thick glass of flavored water.
Really friendly staff. Smoothie very watery, had a funny texture. Even though it was greatly clean, there was a bad smell. It was like when you mop but the mopping water is dirty, so all the floor takes the smellOf course it’s not the employees fault, but it’s still not pleasant

I stopped into this place on a Tuesday afternoon. I was pleased with the service as well as the location, but the smoothie that I got was not great. Overall though, I would recommend this location. There was only one person working who was in the back when I walked in. The place was empty and he stepped out and assisted me with my order. I got the avocado pina paradise which was not my favorite. You have to really love avocados and be okay with the after taste in order to like this smoothie. Unfortunately, this just wasn't for me. I will come back here and try a new flavor at a more busier time but everything was fine except the flavor I got:)

I sometimes find myself going here once a week just because it's so good. Service is always spot on and there is never a wait. I've even been here during the Nona Rush Hour (joke BTW) and they are still able to get your order correct fast and friendly. It's a young crowd working here but that doesn't mean anything. These kids keep a clean shop and are very professional. RESPECT!

Great customer service the girls are always So kind and knowledgeable of the menu. BUT they’re not using REAL FRUIT. I asked and they said yes but unfortunately their not. It’s A bunch of squirts of sugar and concentrated fruit. I will not be back. I come to put healthy fruit in my body not to be tricked with processed fake fruit.
