This particular Planet Smoothie just REOPENED under New Ownership this week after being closed by the last owner for 4 months. It’s so close to my house that I can walk to it. I was SOO EXCITED WHEN I SAW THE SIGN “NOW OPEN”!! And let me tell you, the new owner and new staff ARE SO WARM AND SO WELCOMING AND UNBELIEVABLY FRIENDLY! They are actually excited every time I walk through the door and I feel like a VIP CLIENT!! It’s totally remodeled, EXTREMELY CLEAN, And I COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE OR QUALITY OF MY DRINKS!! IF YOU LIVE OR WORK CLOSE TO S Orange Ave, YOU GOTTA CHECK IT OUT!!!

Went to get a smoothie for lunch and overheard the girls talking about how gross this place is and how they would never eat anything from there, so I walked out. I’d let them know if they are going to talk like that about a place they are WORKING AT maybe whisper?

Yesterday I had the worst experience I ever had at a planet smoothie. The service was ridiculous; when I first walked in, no one acknowledged me. The young lady at the register was polite, but the other two lacked customer service experience. Once I ordered my pb blues, the young lady that made it brought it to the counter and said “here you go” and dropped it on the counter. I told here “thank you “ and she never responded. Once she walked away, she went to the deep freezer, sat on top of it, placed her feet on top of it and went to playing with her phone!!! It was unreal!!! The smoothie was so disgusting that I had to throw it away; it didn’t taste like a pb blues at all. I’ll NEVER go back to that location again!!!!
