My first time having this tasteful food at Pollo Campero was in 2023 and ever since I’ve been hooked on this chicken flavor bowl mouthwatering chicken. I love the grill. I love the fried chicken. I love everything. I just do not like that. The cookies are gone and the black beans and rice is no more. I wish we could bring it back.

Chicken is too greasy, I ask for a grilled chicken and they gave me fried chicken instead, yuca side are soft and the sauce is not what I asked, don’t trust them, make sure you check your meal in the drive thru before you leave, the worst chicken ever! This is the worst restaurant I ever ate at the service is terrible and the people that work here are lazy and they do not want to work. They always try to close the store an hour early every time I come here it takes so long to get my order this is terrible service. I do not recommend and they always mess up my order. The chicken is dried out. They don’t know how to cook.

I am very disappointed the chicken was undercooked it was too expensive only one small portion of the side the rice didn’t taste good. For that i can go to La Granja buy two meals seasoned and well cooked half the price what a waste of my money

Like other reviews we experienced rude staff, cold/lackluster food, extensive wait time for items despite there being no one in the drive thru or inside and missing items.
We ordered a 9 piece nugget there were 7. Gave us zero sauce. Waited 15ish mins when told 3 min wait for the empanadas we ordered. The nuggets were dry and definitely needed the sauce. Yet somehow they weren’t even that warm. The fries were cold and old. The only thing decent was the empanadas..
The order board speaker was not communicating well and the employee was getting frustrated and rude for not being able to hear.
Overall awful experience and will be the last here.
