I am Mexican and I tried free-range chicken in Tapachula Chiapas, today after 3 years of trying it, I can tell you that it is still the best fried chicken I have ever eaten.

This is the worst restaurant I ever ate at the service is terrible and the people that work here are lazy and they do not want to work. They always try to close the store an hour early every time I come here it takes so long to get my order this is terrible service. I do not recommend and they always mess up my order. The chicken is dried out. They don’t know how to cook.

I am very disappointed the chicken was undercooked it was too expensive only one small portion of the side the rice didn’t taste good. For that i can go to La Granja buy two meals seasoned and well cooked half the price what a waste of my money

Like other reviews we experienced rude staff, cold/lackluster food, extensive wait time for items despite there being no one in the drive thru or inside and missing items.
We ordered a 9 piece nugget there were 7. Gave us zero sauce. Waited 15ish mins when told 3 min wait for the empanadas we ordered. The nuggets were dry and definitely needed the sauce. Yet somehow they weren’t even that warm. The fries were cold and old. The only thing decent was the empanadas..
The order board speaker was not communicating well and the employee was getting frustrated and rude for not being able to hear.
Overall awful experience and will be the last here.

They are fast, helpful and have good food. Although the flavor varies unlike free-range chicken in Guatemala, it is very good.
Since it opened and we heard about it we always wanted to try it. Food is mediocre. I ordered a 3 pc with rice on the side and a sandwich with fries. Both meals doesnt come with a drink so i have to pay almost $4 each just for a drink!!!! Just for a coke!! Literally! We got the sandwich it doesnt even have any condiments not even catsup inside of it or mayo, so it turned out to be dry. The chicken was not bad but for almost $16 KFC is better or you can get a 6pc chicken In jollibee or even in chickfila meal with a drink already with that price. We ended up paying $30 for 2 meals and the worst decision i made!!! Definitely not going back

The chicken is very delicious, quite similar to the original chicken sold in Guatemala. I didn't like the service, two of the people who take the order saw me and acted stupid, the third one reluctantly served me to finish, they don't give you ketchup or napkins, any type of sauce, the service is terrible.
