I really wish their app would let you buy their Mango Iced Tea on the app. I order the food and then I have to go buy the tea separately. It doesn't make sense.

The food is good, tasty and they offer decent portion sizes. The sauces are the cherry on top. However, the service can be iffy depending on who is manning the drive-thru window. Some are polite while others can be rude... one of the younger hispanic girls had zero customer service skills. No greeting or any words spoken. She then closed the window on my face- except she forgot to hand me my drink. So I just sat there while she purposefully ignored me as if I would just drive off without the rest of my order. When she finally remembered why I wasn't driving off, she handed me the drink, no apology or anything. Stop letting rude/ghetto people work in customer facing roles.Other than that, I'd like to give a late shout out to the person making the food on Oct 31st around 6pm. My Chicken Avacado tropichop looked like it was prepared for a tv commercial, the presentation was just beautiful. If only more people took pride in their work like this employee and took the courteous Chic Fil A level of customer service, I'd come back more often (other times some people couldn't even be bothered to slice the avocado and just dump all the ingredients into the bowl).
