This location is the WORST they never get the items right and the cashier CRISTOPHER OVERCHARGED me for an original family meal that is supposed to cost $18 on weekends and he put in the computer the one with 2 sides that costs $21. And then to add a side of rice it is $2 and he charged an extra family rice $5 Keep an eye on the receipt before you leave the store.

I come to this location very frequently during my lunch breaks. Today I came for my usual and when ordering I had to repeat myself when ordering which is fine I understand it may be difficult to hear the customer but when pulling up to the window the girl stated the incorrect item, I then said the item I had asked for and she said ok and then proceeded to try to collect payment. When she stated the price I knew it was incorrect and let her know and she said no it’s not, I told her the price I know it is and she said the price must’ve gone up. I could tell she was getting annoyed by me just trying to make sure I get my order right. She asked do I still want it and of course I still want to eat lunch and because it was not much more I let her take payment. She had her back to me the entire time after taking my payment and I checked on the app and the price she stated was incorrect, and lied about “prices going up”. Multiple other employees came over once I stated that the item and pricing on the receipt is wrong. They tried to give me my food and let me go and I mentioned I was still charged more. They all looked at me irritated and questioned me questioning being charged wrong and I decided to leave. Yes it was only about a dollar more but they still were trying to charge me more money for the same thing I get all the time and lie to my face about it!! I have never had an issue with this store until today and the manager and young lady at the window clearly did not want to help me nor listen to me and I will not be ordering from this location again if that type of treatment is accepted.

This used to be a solid Pollo Tropical but has gone down hill fast. Last time I went through the drive-through waited 10 minutes and no one asked me for my order. This last time I placed an order online and I went there to pick it up and it wasn’t even ready so I had to wait 30 minutes. I asked the lady what was going on and she was mad saying that I would had to wait for the chicken to be ready even though I placed the order an hour before that. Terrible place terrible atmosphere. I’m never coming back.

Tropichop bowl is amazing, they have like a million chickens on their grill right there in front of you so you so you know it's fresh. I have them load it up but ask for your favorite salsa, mine is rum flavored. It's kind of like duck sauce but better.

The food was made well, but the lack of everything else made things terrible.No sauce bar, sauces handed out in small souffle cups with barely any sauce in them. No music or anything in the restaurant, just dead silence. No one tending the trash bins which were overflowed. And despite the food being good, the portions were noticeably smaller than what I'd received at other locations. Only go to this location if you REALLY want Pollo Tropical. I myself will not return to this location.

Attitudes at this location are the worst. Only reason it got a 2 was because the food does taste good, even though it's cold half the time. Staff doesn't care and you can tell as soon as you walk in. You can tell by the look on employees and customers faces. Frustration all around. If your order is wrong, staff just argues back. I'm done with this location for now. Plenty of other options.

I purchased a family meal, a chicken sandwich and a soup. I did not recieved my chicken sandwich in the drive through and had to go in to get it. There were 4 or 5 people up front and only 1 young lady acknowledged me. She seemed new and struggled to make the sandwich. The bread was dry and the chicken wasn't hot. When I got home, I found that I did not receive my rolls for the family meal or the gravy for my mashed potatoes. I tried to call the store but there was a recording that just kept me on hold. Everytime I go to this location, something is wrong with my order or they are out of items so I will not return there again.
I spend almost $60 for a family meal including extra sides and I only receive a chicken and a half with black beans. This is unfair. Someone should report this with any authority.

Food was good, plantains were perfect & not mushy, chicken was cooked perfect which we all know some pollo tropicals struggle with but today at 6pm whoever cooked the chicken did an amazing job.. also the girl at the window was great ? all around can't complain

Unfortunately I have to say this. To begin with, I don't usually put bad reviews on places. But this Pollo Tropical needs to be closed urgently or change all the staff in the place. Everyone working seems to be in a bad mood and in a bad mood, I watched everyone for a few minutes and noticed a lot of things wrong, the woman who answers seems like she has no voice, you have to ask her what she said every time no voice comes out of her. Face of angry, dissatisfied, nervous and a person who is not well at all, TERRIBLE service, LITERALLY TERRIBLE. Please close this place urgently or change all internal staff. The food came cold, without a good appearance, not presentable, delivered in a sloppy manner and in a bad mood. I've been to several Pollo Tropical and none came close to this one. Please close this location or change the internal staff.
