Pauly assisted me in ordering awesome choices that paired well with the other items that I had purchased for the party. She is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I am extremely upset with the horrendous customer service I experienced at this location. I wasted my time and energy, and on top of that, I still have not received a refund for my order.
Last night, I placed an order ahead of time. When I arrived, I waited in line, only to be told at the register that Iād need to wait 20 minutes because they ran out of chicken. While frustrating, I understood, but there should at least be a dedicated line or pickup area for mobile orders. If there had been, I would have received my food before the five people in front of me.
I went ahead and waited. The manager eventually came out, mistakenly thinking I had ordered a half chicken. I corrected him and told him it was a whole chicken. He assured me heād try to get it out to me quickly. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, he brought me a sealed bag. I left, assuming everything was correct.
When I got home , 20 minutes away and 9:55pm, I opened the bag only to find rice and beans, but no chicken. By then, the store was closing, so there was no way to go back. I tried calling to get this resolved, but the phone system is a nightmare, full of prompts that lead nowhere. Today, I contacted customer service, and instead of resolving the issue, they made the process difficult and have still not given me a refund.
This is completely unacceptable. After a long flight, all I wanted was the food I ordered, and not only did I not receive it, but Iāve wasted even more time trying to get a refund that still hasnāt been issued. The manager knew he needed to give me a whole chicken how does someone āforgetā to put the main item in the bag? It either shows complete carelessness or was done intentionally.
I donāt care about the dollar amount, itās the principle. I didnāt get my food, and now Iām being made to jump through hoops for a refund that should have been immediate. Between the poor handling at the store and the broken customer service system, this has been a terrible experience from start to finish. Absolutely unacceptable.

Good and fresh bbq chicken, customer service was excellent. We went at night close to closing, but the food was delicious fresh and the customer service was so great.
Store 10159. Up on my arrival to the restaurant the manager (Miguel ) was very nice with a welcome and then immediately took my order. My food was ready within minutes definitely I recommend this location.

We stopped by the drive thru and ordered a family meal. We were told that this would take about 20 minutes to prepare. Miguel, the manager, came out and graciously offered us a discount for the wait. The meal actually came out faster than expected and everything was delicious. Great meal, excellent service, clean location. Weāll be back!
