The food was really good except the quesadillas but I think I ordered wrong I ordered a chicken quesadilla without chicken and they gave the quesadilla with chicken and when I asked for a new one they gave it to me but the cheese in the quesadilla was cold and not melted but everything else was really good

This is the second time I ordered delivery for a large order and I did not receive the food. Since I ordered on pollo tropical site, uber will not help me. It was nearly impossible to get someone at the restaurant to help. I was able to get someone in catering for I help but I am never ordering delivery again. The partnership with uber does not work and it’s impossible to get service. Update: I spoke to the manager who explained that the food was ready but never picked up by uber. The food was delicious and he was very helpful in resolving the issue. Plan to pickup in the future.

This the worst service I have ever have. Every time I come here and do pick up there is ALWAYS something MISSING. One time is the drink, the other the utensils, or the sauces, food. I swear is something, every single time.
And good luck trying to get their attention to get whatever you have missing back to you. Is impossible. I have spent 20 minutes just waiting there for them to ignore me and leave.
Definitely not worth spending my money and time in this place. Instantly I know is going to be horrible the second I come in this place.
