This specific location of pollo tropical, in my experience, has gone above and beyond in terms of what I have experienced at other locations. The staff is very polite and friendly, and have reliably and quickly received and actioned my orders.

It does not matter what day me and my husband visit this location, everyone is so nice and friendly and it makes you feel so
Comfortable. It's such a pleasant environment and the people are so awesome. Jadiel, Yaneisys and the guy that is over the grill Frank. You have a fantastic crew. We drive a over 30 mins to just visit that location. Good job, continue to hire people like that. They are AWESOME

Came in while on vacation for the first time while in Florida and honestly it’s not bad but not the best. Fast food Cuban food could be a disaster but at this location this isn’t half bad. Had one of the platters that came with chicken breast and the meat was nicely cooked with a good char but still very juicy. The rice was done well and they give a big bowl of black beans. The beans were cooked well but it could have been seasoned a bit more. They offer close to 10 different sauces and that poyo poyo sauce was super good and spicy to give the chicken that extra flavor that it needed. The plantains weren’t the best but solid choice for an additional side. A friend said that the churrasco was tender and seasoned well. The one girl taking orders was amazing handling all the chaos and quickly changed my drink when it came out flat. Sadly no refills and the tray that my food came out on was still a little dirty. Would definitely recommend for a fast food option to some authentic Cuban food.

We went here late at night after visiting Universal Studios all day. We ordered one of the chicken bowls and a side of plantains. The drive-through attendant was very friendly and courteous. The bowl included beans, rice, and chicken. Everything was well seasoned and neatly organized in the bowl, despite it being a drive-through order. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely return. I recommend this location for anyone visiting the area.

What bad service, many people and few employees, now you have to order the sauces before you could serve them… I'M NOT GOING
