Worst fast food experience ever. There were 2 orders ahead of us. It took 13 minutes and when we checked it in the car it wasn't even our order. Went back in and took 5 more minutes to get our order. Worker tossed a bottle of water into the bag crushing our food. We didn't order a water. The worst part is I contacted the Corp office and they didn't seem to care either. They said they would contact the store for a refund. Haven't heard anything after 2 weeks.

Only spicy options on the kiosks.
When I asked for 3 chicken tenders they gave me spicy ones, I asked to replace and they gave me skins of chicken tenders.

It seems that three people had called in and they had to close drive thru and y had to come inside to order. The manager and her staff were doing their best to accommodate and get the orders completed. I applaud her for keeping her cool. Give those guys a bonus for getting all the orders done. Some in the crowd had no patience.

Wasn’t the nicest place in terms of atmosphere, trash can was a bit overfilled. One of the sandwiches looked a bit weird and was cold but food was overall good. Mashed potatoes tasted very good. Customer service was great, workers were nice and helpful.

Incredibly disappointing experience. We waited in the drive through for ten-fifteen minutes at the speaker box. Then waited another ten minutes for them to bring our food out to us. We get home - they forgot a chicken sandwich we paid for. This is our local Popeyes and the service has only gotten worse and worse. I myself work in food service and understand that delays happen, however this level of apparent disregard for our time and money is unacceptable. We won’t be returning, and wish we could get a refund.

Unfortunately, after giving this Popeyes location multiples tries, they will be losing my business. The drive thru is constantly closed, even after placing a mobile order. After entering the store to pick up the mobile order, per their request, you will still not be acknowledged by the staff. I have experienced long wait times for food, if i even get the food at all. Often, they will run out of what I have ordered. Staff is often goofing around with each other instead of attending to the restaurant. Don’t wait your time at this location, this area has plenty of other fast food options.

I pulled up to the drive through. The restaurant was not busy. The people who attempted to take my order were unable to understand me. After several attempts it became clear they were joking and laughing in the background. I had leave without ordering food. Very bad service.

Went through drive thru for dinner and ordered chicken dippers that were advertised on sign by speaker. When received receipt realized we were charged $5.99 when should have been charged $3.99. When they brought us our food we asked about the charge and were told what ever was rang u was the correct price. When we drove back around and took a picture of the sign they still did not want to honor it and that they were out of the original chicken dippers, so they just gave us the spicy rather than informing us (chicken dippers were for a 5 year old) and that the sign is an old sign and they aren’t offering that special anymore. The refunded the chicken dippers and had us give them the dippers.
