Assistant manager threatened to fight us and blew cigarette smoke in our faces. Multiple customers came back for missed orders and Emmanuel told them better luck next time. I came for fried chicken but got some beef instead. Popeyes gotta do better because threatening to assault customers is WILD.

The food was extremely delicious. The atmosphere was clean and peaceful. However, the service from the cashier was impatient, rude, and disrespectful. Also, she didn't have adequate knowledge of the menu.
Just came from this Popeyes while I was through the drive-through. I couldn’t hear the lady that was speaking to me properly so I said hello and she just shouted at me being so rude and disrespectful, when I got to the window, I asked to speak to a manager then she said I am the manager having so much attitude like she was ready to fight me with my child in the car Ivan cancel my order and I didn’t get anything because her attitude was just big and nasty. Just like her at least one of the managers had the decency to apologize.
