Ok so OBT is not your favorite road, but this brewery is worth the effort. Shout-out to the owners for creativity - their rotating "Resurrection" beer line is nothing you have had before and really makes this place stand out in a sea of area breweries.
Tory is amazing! Super great experience. Had a flight with the Burton Ernie, Kero, Church Mouse and Ni. Followed up with the pork belly poutine and it's all made in house so it's super fresh. Highly recommended! Two thumbs up.01.14.2023- Kat was awesome! Still my fav. brew spot!01.16.2024 - came back and Kat is still amazing. We had the Bridge which was delicious and the Neo Dough Cheese Curd Bites.

The beer here is phenomenal. It's about as close to perfect as beer can possibly get without being brewed in heaven. The vibe is like if Mary Shelley decided to team up with Edgar Allan Poe and they opened a cool pub with excellent soft pretzels. 5/5 stars, highly recommend. Love everything about this brewery.
