drive thru today approximately 12:15 pm.
lady on intercom wasn't all that friendly.
ordered 10pc slaw beans/rice
got to window and young man handed me the food bag, took cr card and I asked if everything was in bag since I didn't see slaw and rice. he said it is in the box with chicken.
pulled away since there were cars waiting, only to have to go to window as slaw/rice not there.

Horrible service. Waiting was 15mins and I had to get out of my car and yell at them so I can get my food. I am a patient person but at times I have to get crazy. Literally 10 cars came and left and I will still wait. They could have at least come and say something that's courtesy.
Best chicken ever ! Rude cashiers.....
