I went Sunday afternoon around 4:35pm Great customer from Soraya or sonya sorry forgot name young woman in cashier great service greeting customers with a customer i will be coming back for great customer service !!! She needs a raise and need me promoted to team leader i see great leadership from her.

Just left out of this business. I will never go back there again. The lady with the red hair is very rude. Had my standing there for about 10 min and didn't ask me if I would like to place an order. Uber driver came in to pick up and order, went right to her, and asked for her confirmation number. I walked out. The manager was sitting in the front of the restaurant. Didn't know if she knew what just happened.

I was in the drive through where the person at the window was Crystal, she was very disrespectful and my food was disgusting. No receipt was given.

Baby listen...this is one of the best locations ever. It is near my job and when I tell you the chicken is always fresh and hot and crispy, sides always steaming hot too, AND the biscuits are always super soft and moist (no crunchy edges and you aren't going to choke on them). The customer service is also always top tier on the many occasions I've gone. Always nice and accommodating when possible. My peppers are even firm and full of juice each time.

The people kind and felt welcome. The girl barely spoke English but was professional and helpful.

Vegetarian options: I wish they have more vegetarian options. Things that is not made with lard and ham.

Ordered wings.. they weren’t fresh I asked for fresh wings because the ones given were barely hot. Drive thru server had an attitude. Black girl, wild ponytail. The wings given back to me were the same wings just heated up. “Would you service these to your mom?” Is something yall should ask yall selves before giving food out to people. If you can’t serve people well then maybe this isn’t the job for you.
