I ordered thru my Popeyes phone app this past Saturday. I ordered 3 spicy sandwiches (no pickle) and nothing else - at 12:43pm. The DoorDash guy showed up with one sandwich (spicy wasn't checked), fries and a drink. I told him it wasn't my order . He said I could accept or refuse the order. Well, I wasn't going to pay $16.75 for a combo (I tipped $4) - so I refused the order.
