Waited in drive through at 2pm for about 10mins with no one in line but no one was talking to place order pulled up to window and saw they were just standing around talking not doing anything. I’m sure a manager was on duty just didn’t care. Corporate needs to come in and check the cameras and this place out and make changes

The only reason for the 3 stars is for missing items. We ordered a total of 7 pieces of chicken, but only got 5 pieces. For a $25 order, that's really disappointing. We were already home by the time we realized the issue and going back was too much. Other than that, the food tasted really good. The chicken was juicy and seasoned well. We also spent less than two minutes at the drive-thru, which is incredible.

Didn’t taste like real Popeyes chicken. Taste like they took some of the seasoning out to save money. Even the apple pie wasn’t as crisp and tasty. The biscuit was the only thing good like a real Popeyes.

My overall experience was good. The nice young lady Patara provided me exceptional customer service! She is genuinely sweet, I enjoyed watching how she engaged with her customers as well as myself that made my night and to put the icing on the cake the food was hot, fresh and delicious! Slow as hell I did a mobile order then came inside waited at least 10 minutes in the line. There was a couple sitting down the table. I noticed that when I walked in, they were still waiting. They said it’s gotta be at least 15 minutes. They’ve been waiting. I was like oh my God and I got my food before they did.
