Finally tried the Filipino-Hawaiian Resto close by. My husband ordered Hawaiian Style Huli Huli Chicken and I had Filipino Style Mixed Plate or Huli Huli Chicken and Papa’s Filipino Pork Adobo.
My husband said this is by far the best Filipino Chicken he ever had because it was tender and tasteful. And he loved the Ono Mac Salad too! He even ordered 2 ala cart for to go lol 🤣
As for me, not a fan of their Pancit but the Chicken and Pork Adobo are sooooooooo good!...read full review
My favorite neighborhood food!!! I was introduced to the food truck at Fringe Festival and was ecstatic to find the restaurant near my house. Delicious!
I picked up the Huli Huli chicken and the kalua pig both Filipino Style, which comes with jasmine rice, Pancit and lumpia and it was all delicious and so authentic tasting!! I would highly recommend this family ran restaurant for delicious homemade dishes!

The owners are super nice, and the food is a great fusion of Hawaiian and Filipino flavors. Don’t miss the crispy pork lumpia, spam musubi, or the sizzling sisig. The calamansi lemonade is light and refreshing, perfect with any dish. OverRice understands the importance of generous portions, especially with rice, making every meal truly satisfying. Everyone loved the food! Great flavor, fair prices, and friendly service! The food was full of flavor and very well prepared, exceeding expectations. The atmosphere and service were also great. We came hungry, and left fully satisfied and ready to come again. 10/10 would recommend!
