This is the worst Popeye's I've ever been to. They make you wait nearly an hour for food even though they marked the order ready after 10 minutes.

The chicken was under cooked and disguisting

Just the absolute worst service. I'm not exaggerating when I say they mess up my order EVERY TIME. Whether it's the wrong chicken, wrong sides whatever, something is ALWAYS wrong. Today I had to wait 27 mins just to RECEIVE my order in the drive-thru. RIDICULOUS. And of course they got my wife's order wrong. It clearly says 1Leg 1Thigh, so why the hell is there 2 legs. And this is EVERY TIME.

The drive thru service is so bad. I waited for 30 minutes in drive thru. It's ridiculous. I've worked in this atmosphere for over 25 years. And I never seen anything so pathetic. It's like the management doesn't doesn't care. I waited for 30 minutes and couldn't take it anymore. This is sad

Tried to get family meal through drive thru. Waited 5 minutes. No one ever said a word. Popeyes has gone down hill in every possible way.

My son and I eat here all of the time! The food is always hot and fresh 💞! The Associates (especially the drive-thru 😉) are always friendly and provide some of the best service that we’ve ever experienced, thanks Everyone!

My experience at this Popeyes was very disappointing. The customer service was terrible. The employees were rude, had bad attitudes, and acted like they didn’t want to help anyone. My order took way too long. They really need to improve their customer service and professionalism. I would not come back to this location.

Slow drive thru...I got over charged for the 8 dollar 3 PC chicken strip deal with a drink and a side...had to check the bag and ask for sauce....not coming back go to the altamonte location....
