Premier truly delivered an unforgettable dining experience at our wedding. From the first bite to the last, everything was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and executed to perfection. For dinner, we had the Premier chicken and sirloin, both of which were outstanding, and during cocktail hour our guests loved the chicken empanadas, goat cheese bites, and beef Wellington bites. We had countless guests come up to us throughout the night to tell us how amazing the food was, which says everything. The service was just as impressive, professional, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. The planning process was smooth and easy, and the team was flexible, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Premier exceeded our expectations in every way!

I hired Nia Hernandez and Premier Event Services to cater our 50th Wedding Anniversary Party on December 28, 2025 at Osceola Pioneer Village in Kissimmee, FL. I am very glad we did! She was very easy to work with. She always responded promptly and courteously to my emails. We had everything we wanted. Their menu choices are extensive. Our pescatarian family had no trouble having a great menu, but I’m sure meat eaters would also be equally happy. We went to a tasting, which was so much fun, and also delicious. We finalized our menu that day. Our colors are orange and purple, and she even had those readily available! I chose the Donut Wall for dessert because I’d never seen anything like it. It was a huge hit, and my guests raved about how cool it looked. They said they were the best donuts they had ever eaten! I highly recommend hiring Is premier Event Services for your next event.

I’ve had Premier Event Services cater for my wedding and let me just say they were top notch. Everything was delicious and their prices are incredibly affordable.

I had the chicken cacciatore, steak, empanadas and more. The chicken cacciatore was so tender you didn’t even need a knife to cut it and the steak was delicious. I don’t know much vendors that do empanadas but they were demolished at our wedding and tasted authentic too. They were butler served too which added nice flare! During my wedding I had multiple guests say that they were impressed by the food and went up for multiple plates. Even at one point someone said if this caterer had a restaurant they would dine there. What’s extra nice is that they paid extra attention to the bride and groom to make sure all their food needs was met. And for an extra bonus they packed food plates for the next day as well as leftover chicken cacciatore. I would recommend this vendor for any of your food needs

Premier Event Services exceeded every expectation. Their catering is truly phenomenal—my husband and I still talk about their Caesar salad dressing! Every dish was delicious, beautifully prepared, and consistently praised by our guests. They were able to accommodate our guests’ food preferences with ease and were incredibly flexible, even making day-of changes without any issue. Beyond the food, they were very easy to work with, with clear, timely communication throughout the entire planning process. Their drink package was also well worth it and a huge hit with our guests. To this day, myself, my husband, and our wedding guests all rave about Premier Event Services. If we had to do it all over again, we would hire them without hesitation—over and over again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional catering and a seamless event experience.

Premier was my caterer for my wedding at The Hidden Barn on 11/16 and I knew that they were going to be good because they has catered my nieces wedding but they hit it out of the park with mine!!! I picked a great menu...chicken duxelle, stuffed pork loin, scalloped potatoes, mini empanadas and quiches-YUM!!!!! So good!!!! We had so many compliments on our food and people telling us how it as the best food they ever had at a wedding. I 1000% recommend Premier!!!!!

Down to the simplest beverage such as sweet tea, which i didn't have the pleasure of tasting but my guests raved abouthow b tasty it was!!!! We had an amazing experience with Premier catering for our wedding. They communicated well and executed our vision for food and table setting perfectly. They even packed a to-go bag for us, which was great since I didn't eat nearly as much as I wanted during the wedding. They were helpful and the one time there was a miscommunication they corrected it quickly and without complaint. Would definitely use them again for any future big events!

Food was extremely important to my husband and I for our wedding and let me tell you, even with the tasting , they still exceeded my expectations. So.many.compliments from our family . We got the steak with chimichurri, oven roasted potatoes , penne pasta and chicken caprese. Soooo freakin delicious . For a gluten free appetizer we opted for the bourbon chicken skewers and they were all everyone talked about . The service was amazing the servers were on point and not to mention their price was extremely reasonable compared to others in Orlando . Thank you so much for your incredible service and quality food . So happy we chose you guys ❤️

I would 1000% recommend Premier Event Services to anyone planning a wedding or event! Leading up to the event, their communication was always quick and clear. Their prices for both food and alcohol were very reasonable....cheaper than many other quotes we received - and the food was delicious! Many told us that we had the best wedding food they have ever had! The day of service was exceptional - the food and beverage service was quick, and the staff treated me and my husband like royalty. We also used Premier's services for florals, and I again got SO many compliments on our florals! Every piece was stunning, especially the arch and my bouquet, and they were once again so much better priced than competitors! I truly would vouch for their event services to anyone any day!

The food was OMG delicious 😋 I had a food tasting back in February and just got married 11/8. The food was just as I remembered if not better. I would highly recommended them for any event!
