First food truck I have ever been to in Floridayou will not regret coming here I had arroz con gandules & mofongo with chicharron de pollovery very good!! I mean it! My neighbor brought lunch over from Mr. Mofongo and it was very good. It was fresh, not too greasy, made to order and a very large portion. Each plate comes with a mofongo base (plantain and potato), a side salad, sauce, mayo ketchup, garlic and your choice of protein. We had one with grilled chicken and the other with shrimp. 2 people can easily eat out of 1 meal or share. We tasted an alcapurria as well and that was good.
