We had a wonderful time at Primo. The service was over-the-top accommodating and friendly. The appetizers were excellent and the main course was fantastic especially the lamb. We would highly recommend it and can't wait to go again.

love the place but this time the food was too salty. Could hardly eat the salad. The service was very good and the design of the whole place is excellent.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner here. The hostesses were very amicable and set out a card with some chocolates on our table, they also set out a card for my girlfriend that I dropped off before we got there which I greatly appreciated. The service was great, they were attentive and friendly (thank you Jared, wish I remembered everyone else’s names) and the food was delicious, we were very happy with everything. The only thing is that it was too warm to comfortably wear a suit jacket so dress accordingly. Overall, would definitely recommend.

If you’re debating between this restaurant and Knife & Spoon on the other side of the hotel, having tried both, I personally prefer this one, the food and service is simply better.

We ordered the pork saltimbocca and the lobster cacio e pepe pasta, and both dishes were really good. Our waiter was very experienced and gave us excellent recommendations.

Overall, the service was solid, and we had a great dining experience. High end restaurant = pricey.

Ordered the duck breast. The duck was very good and cooked to my specifications. However the duck was on black eyed peas and a small amount of greens. It was very spicy which I did not expect. I do eat spicy foods but I really wasn't enjoying the spice. My spouse had the Florida lobster, meat over pasta. It was excellent. We had the breads . $4 per person but very good. The waiter comped the desert and it was a chocolate pavlova. We love pavlova it never had a chocolate one. It was a meringue dusted with chocolate with a cashew gelato and dusted with cashews. Very delicious and unique. We received a tiny mushroom tart to start and chocolate and jelly sweets as part of the meal. The decor reminded me of a casual kitchen. Our waiter was great. I would return.

Very disappointing!! We are old previous customers dating back 10-12 years thru numerous stays at the JW Marriott and otherwise. Firstly, the service and assistance from Giovanni, our server was OUTSTANDING, he could not have been better. To begin, there was no Riesling available, as per usual. One had to be obtained from an outside bar of the hotel. Secondly, the food...the previously enjoyed Butcher's pie pizza was horrible. There wasn't the usual fried egg in he middle and it was very salty and filled with so many condiments , we had to send it back. My wife's Octopus was very chewy and tasteless. Now to my Snapper..in my 60+ years I haven't tasted such an over seasoned dry tasteless fish filled with so much condiments , and I'm from the Caribbean. We also sent that back and declined another entrée. Thirdly, despite our disappointments the Manager did not at least have the courtesy to come to our table. We just paid our bill and left. What a terrible return to one of our , previously, favorable restaurants. Obviously, unlikely to return for the foreseeable future!

🌟 If you're a digital Jedi seeking culinary mastery in Orlando, Primo Italian at the JW Marriott is a force to be reckoned with. The Osso Buco arrives like a galactic ambassador of flavor—tender, slow-braised lamb shank that practically levitates off the bone, bathed in a rich, force-enhanced reduction. The Cavatappi, meanwhile, twists through the palate like a hyperspace jump: perfectly al dente, cloaked in a velvety sauce that balances comfort and complexity. The ambiance? Sleek yet warm, like Coruscant's finest dining hall. Service is attentive without being invasive—think Jedi mind-reading, but with a reasonable Primativo. 🌟

This was truly a special meal. The staff were amazing from start to finish. We celebrated a 23rd anniversary with them. Stellar service. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Appetizers were good meatball, burrata salad bit short on burratta and heavy on vinegar dressing. Fungi pizza was ok not that great. Lamb shank was way overcooked and dry. Not my favorite.
