My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at the JW Marriott and decided to make reservations at Primo for dinner. What a wonderful experience. We were greeted with champagne, some some appetizers, and dessert, all on the house for our anniversary. The food was wonderful, and the service was incredible. Mo was a very kind server. Our first impression of Primo was off to a great start. The hostess was so sweet and kind, she made us feel very welcome and special. So did the woman taking us to our table. Giovanni was our server. He was so nice, offered suggestions and we talked as if we were friends. He's a great asset!! We started off with bread service and meatballs. OMG! The homemade bead is amazing. No butter needed, but they did serve it with olive oil and the most delicious balsamic vinegar we've ever tasted. I actually took a picture of the bottle and ordered it on Amazon. It's imported from Italy 🇮🇹 My husband had Pork Saltimbocca and I had Bolognese. All I can say is chefs kiss 🤌 The flavor was so savory and delicious. We ordered the cannoli's for dessert. It was served pistachio gelato and a cherry reduction. I wasn't sure of the combination of flavors but it was perfection. When we were leaving the hostess addressed us by name and thanked us for coming in for dinner. They definitely do it right at Primo. We will be back!!

The pastas were all superb, the salads were fresh and delicately layered, but the in-house bread service is the best thing on the menu (and it was a HIGH bar). The restaurant looks is just lovely - it feels like you're on an outdoor Mediterranean terrace with beautifully lit spaces and wonderful decorative details. We will definitely come back one day!

Very good restaurant. Craft cocktails were very good & our bartender was very helpful. The food was definitely 5 star delicious. The restaurant was very busy & slightly short staffed which put an extra burden on the servers, but they handled it well. We had the Pork Saltimbucca & the Lobster Pasta. Both delicious & perfectly cooked. We started with the Arancini which were delightful. We shared the Zeppenos for dessert & were not disappointed.

So I’m staying at the prestigious, JW Marriott on Johnny Young Parkway at the corner of Central Florida Parkway… I’ve been at all the restaurants in the resort and the service has been terrible. The food has been terrible and this morning I went to Primo for breakfast. It was $42 and I was asked if I wanted a cup of coffee, I was poured a cup of room temperature coffee, I said enough is enough. I got up and left the resort, came to First Watch. Got a nice hot cup! And a nice Consistent hot meal, no matter where I’m at in Florida, no matter which one I go to. It’s always consistent well-made, thank You! Resorts are overpriced and overrated. Leave your resort and go to your local business. And support it! Thank you First Watch.
Only drinks were coke and wine no dr pepper no lemonade no fanta nothing and honestly a waste of of money

My daughter and I dined at Primo while staying at the Ritz for her birthday weekend. The hostesses, especially Akera, were incredibly welcoming and sweet with my daughter. The great service continued with our waiter, Tomasz, who was very attentive, kind, and accommodating. I ordered the bolognese and it was delicious. The cannolis were fresh and delicious as well.
Big thanks to Akera and Tomasz for your kind, warm hospitality and recognizing my daughter’s birthday. It made her day/weekend!

One of the worst services I have had. Sat at 8 pm, got appetizers at 8 15, didn't get out foor or an explanation of why the food was delayed until 930. Had to walk out, will NOT be dining there again.
