Excellent experience at Primo. Outstanding food, attentive service, and a warm atmosphere from start to finish. The hostesses were welcoming and professional, making the evening feel smooth from the moment I arrived. Easily one of the best dining experiences in Orlando — highly recommended.

Maybe we got lucky and the service was excellent on weekday night, the T-bone 26 oz steak was a perfect med-rare and excellent flavor, yes it is over priced at $150.

Such a great experience at Primo last night. Went for a girlfriend’s birthday and we’re given the best service.

The environment is super clean, fresh and bright with really cute plateware/glassware.

Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly and kept the dinner moving at a perfect pace.

The food was SO good. We got a ton of appetizers which were all delicious but I think my fave was the arancini. Pastas were a must. I’m not usually a duck or lobster girly but both those pastas made me so happy. Honey glazed veggies were also a star in my opinion.

Genuinely was so stuffed but saved room for the delicious dessert. Cannolis and olive oil cake with goat cheese gelato was my fave.

Chefs and service were nothing less than great. Definitely a perfect spot for celebrations, and catching up with old friends.

Was in Orlando for couple of days/nights. Had dinner here since it is part of CSR OpenTable benefits. No regrets. Excellent food. Most G maps reviews mentioned slow service but I had the quickest experience possible. Being vegetarian, very limited options but still excellent food. Good portions. Had their signature bread service, Expresso Martini with cheese, and Margarita pizza. Was given complementary to 2 small deserts and a mushroom starter. Really appreciate it. Jerry my waiter was polite throughout. Will go back again when in town.

Kind and knowledgeable staff. From bread service, arancini's, house made pasta...and the cannolis. Amazing & thank you!

The food and the service at Primo were outstanding. The restaurant is very open, and so the ambient noise level was high. I loved Primo but could not recommend it for a business meal or an intimate dinner.

Appetizers were stellar. Probably the best octopus I had. The entrees were meh. The restaurant reminds me of a coffee shop by the pool in a cheap hotel. The have a plaque up from Michelin? Perhaps one of them bought 4 tires? The waiter was great and I wish I liked it more but the food was hit or miss, it’s like a coffee shop, and it’s crazy expensive. Skip.

A great meal with excellent service. I've had the lobster dish prepared two different ways and both have been excellent!

It was fantastic from start to finish! Complimentary appetizer bites at the beginning - tomato croquets I think with pesto - delicious wine suggestion - lobster pasta so delicious - also house made breads were worth a visit alone ! Chocolate pavlova to die for & cannoli - then some complimentary truffle bites - a chocolate lover's dream! We would recommend to everyone & will be back! Impeccable service as well - very attentive!

We recently stayed at the JW Marriott and dined at Primo. It was over the holidays, so expecting it to be crowded. However, the service was extraordinary slow. It was really too bad because the menu and food is phenomenal! Our meal was delicious. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly in the Cioppino. And the Lobster Cacio de Pepe - amazing! Keep in mind that they charge for the bread per person, so our bread basket for our table of four was $16. That came as a surprise, we should have ordered it for 2. But it was a memorable meal and I’d definitely return and see if the service speed has improved.

Great service and we loved all our meals. One of the best places I have been to in Orlando!

The restaurant is michelin nominated officially . However i believe it should have been michelin de-nominated. Food is so bland, my god… i ate better italian food from italian food trucks. Service is at best mediocre.

Don’t spend $500 on this restaurant. Keep it for your online bets on whether seahawks will win the superbowl.

Advice to management: get someone to audit the taste of your signature meals (especially the pasta) and train your staff to be more personable - $500 for a four person meal - folks might expect premium service and food that actually taste good - otherwise the mcdonalds dinner seems more attractive…
