Good food. Great service. Really weird furniture options at a few tables so hopefully you get one of the normal tables with normal chairs. Otherwise, food and service were awesome.
Food was very good. Excellent service!!While prices have gone up everywhere, we were a little shocked that a kettle one martini was $29 on the bill. Do not believe that was a good value at all & it wasn't a large martini glass to justify. Another specialty drink we had was $19 which we totally get at a JW Marriott. While the meal was good, that was disappointing and taking advantage we thought.
Food was great. Service terrific. However, the pace had a very strong smell from the kitchen. Like the ventilators did not work keeping all smoke and grease inside the dinning area. Very uncomfortable. Also they have on the menu expresso coffee and other drinks made with expresso coffee but did not have any to serve when I requested one , they told me the machine is not working. This has happened the last time I was here. Not a good thing.
Place for families: parents for glass of wine and kids for pizza We went there as couples with no kids and for a nice quite upscale dinner in an authentic Italian dish. We received none. Underwhelming, unimpressed, and disappointed just few to describe the experience. We were deceived by the positive reviews, from false advertisement and from throwing the word “Michelin” in relation to this restaurant. Reading the bio of the chef Melissa Kelly. I would like to inform her.... You need to go and see the establishment you started..... you be the judge. So, forget what the advertisement says, here is what you will get: (May be this is the right place for you and for your family and your kids): Very busy and very loud place. You come with shorts and slippers/saddles. You do not have to take a shower after the day long in the pool before you eat there. All your young friends will be there. Expect a very slow service. Don't expect much knowledge from servants. Except a very friendly and smiley staff. Expect to pay more for what you get just for eating at the JW. Do not expect an authentic Italian dishes.... Just the names... not the taste nor the preparation. It is very busy place so expect that your sever will forget your dish on the counter and once you get it, it will be warm not hot. In summary, lower your expectations and don't expect much. For couples on special date, and for foodies, this place is not for you. Rating: 3 out of 5 (being very generous as I am on vacation)
The service was great, the atmosphere was also really nice, but we left more than half of the food we ordered. The Margherita pizza was the only thing that was good. The drinks were really bad. We had cocktails and wine and no one was able to finish their drink.

My first experience at Primo could hardly have been better. Food was amazingly composed, delicious…perfect salt levels. Beef tartare was one of the best I’ve had. Same attention to the broccolini as the tortelloni. Attentive, knowledgeable service from Joey. I’m going back tomorrow night.

2.5 hour wait. Give me a break. We can get a table at a Michelin star at the Ritz next door without a reservation but 2.5 hours for flour and water is ridiculous. Fix your issues @manager. From a Marriott Titanium.

I have been here multiple times and every time seems to be better than the last. I will say I've had an excellent server (Jody you are the best!) without standing quality, placing, and all around service from all staff. Excellent food, great atmosphere.

Service was wonderful! My partner and I were having a difficult time deciding on their delicious menu, so we decided on a few items we ended up sharing so we could savor the experience. The server was very helpful with recommendations. We were there celebrating and anniversary which the acknowledged with a beautiful desert at the end of the meal. It was an exceptional culinary experience worth replicating.
Food was not good at all. Service was great until we asked for our parking to get validated. He said they will just need our receipt from the restaurant. It was only a computer and we had to pay $40 for 2 hrs of parking
The food was peculiar to me i could smell it as i walked in it was nothing like i’d smelled before. The waitress was nice and i got my seat but to my surprise my waitress reeked of a vile smell of cat urination almost as if they had rolled around in a litter box moments prior to serving me, listen i don’t know if this was one of those fuzzies who think they’re cats but i am not standing for it be a cat in your own time “Rebecca” atmosphere was wild walls were shaking table fell over however the food was to my standard although i shall NOT be returning thanks to rebecca

Orlando locals, this is a tip for you!!! We live in Hunters Creek and wanted to celebrate our anniversary fairly close to home. I booked Primo at the Marriott. We started at the bar where Vicky took great care of us. Lucky for us we sat in Jody's section. WE HAD A BLAST!!! He educated us on all the goings on from wine to bees!? Just great service, food, personality and ambience. We will go back!!! TY Jody!!! TY Vicky!!!!
