I can not express properly just how much I enjoyed this years Dead coconut club theming. KoVen was everything my 12 year old pagan heart dreamed of, the acting from staff was top tier, the dancing was incredibly corographed. I wish I didn't live so far out so I could have gone every night! The set peices had me frantically running around talking pictures. I wish to God I could have gotten scans of the custom posters and news articles, all the spells from the I-pad and some kind of keychain or something. Whoever decided on this theme please give them my thanks and love. I even went to Halloween Horror Nights this year because it hosted an IP I love, but nothing entranced me like this bar. Please keep being creative, please! All of you staff absolutely made my experience wonderful!!!

My wife and I always have such a great time at the Dead Coconut Club (during HHN), but really any time of the year! The atmosphere is fun, the drinks are awesome, and the vibe is unbeatable. I especially want to give a shout-out to Eddie, the bartender — he’s amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and always makes our experience even better. We feel like we've known him for years! We love him! Super cool dude. If you’re visiting Universal — go there, you won’t be disappointed! ☝️

They did a fabulous job turning this into Koven for Halloween!
This is a great bar at Universal City Walk. They play nice variety throwback music! They have seasonal decor/theme during holidays like Christmas, Mardi Gras, and Halloween. They also have a second floor where you can go outside and see the city walk view or stay inside and see the dance floor.
I love going during Halloween!!!! They go all out and always decorate the place beautifully.
The only cons is there is no age limit, so expect to see young kids on the dance floor.

I went for HHN 2025 Dead Coconut Club KOVEN makeover. The club is crowded and tight, but it is themed amazingly.
They did a show, but i didn't see a way to tell when it started or how often it occurred each night.
Upstairs was way tighter than downstairs, but upstairs you can go outside on the balcony.
The drinks were nice and strong. You might have to wait a bit to order so I would advise to order two at once.
Though I enjoyed my time, unless I needed to kill time I wouldn't make this a priority on trips.
I had missed other iterations of this club on previous halloween and Christmas trips and now I don't feel like I missed much.
