We were visiting from Memphis and found this little treasure with the BEST pupusas and staff! Las pupusas son perfecto!! Thank you ?. We hope to visit again soon.
Restaurante Salvadoreño La Familia is a hidden gem! There aren’t many good Salvadoran restaurants in Orlando - this is pretty much the only one I’d recommend. My wife had a Salvadoran nanny when she was growing up and this place is the closest we have found to her food outside of California! They have excellent pupusas (be sure to try the pupusa loca, it is sooo good), the churrasco plate is fantastic (actually REALLY good meat, and the chorizo is a great addition!), all of their tamales are really nice, and the combination of refried beans/sour cream/plantains is exactly like what you’d have in El Salvador! Such a great place, the service is really good (they’re very friendly here), and absolutely the type of mom-and-pop restaurant that deserves your business. We will be coming back many more times!

It's bad, it's very hot and the cooks are sweating over the food while cooking and there's a young chubby girl who, until you're done steaming or chatting, takes care of you... and she stops and everyone says it that the customer comes first YES O NO

I noticed this small restaurant as I was driving. I have never eaten food from El Salvador, so my curiosity made me go inside. I was promptly greeted and decided to order a pupusa with beans and cheese. I promptly received my order and drove home. I took a bite of the pupusa, and it was so good that I immediately took another bite. Yum! The order came with a red sauce and spicy cabbage in a small bag (it was good too). I will definitely be visiting this gem again. Next time, I will order more food to try and update my review. ¡Esa pupusa de frijol y queso les quedo riquisima!
Parking: Lots of parking available. The restaurant is on Lancaster between OBT and Orange Ave.

The soup had no flavor, the gallo pinto tasted like dough. Take more care in the kitchen. The only thing that was rescued were the pupusas, but it's really for them to improve. The food lacks love.
Everything was good, the cheese pupusas had overflowing cheese, the only thing is that they should let the curtido marinate a little more but it was good... thank you, these were some of the best pupusas I have ever eaten and I have been eating pupusas since El Salvador.
