We stopped in and grabbed a build your own bowl with Bulgogi and it was absolutely delicious. The man who took our order was very nice and the food came out quick. Highly recommend for a quick meal. I don’t even live near here, but I think I’ll come back just to grab another bowl.

Not pleased by this establishment from the experience that I received. The employee at the register 12/12 during the evening was seeming ready to clock out. Customer service juice was depleted with how he was towards the interactions that I noticed. The 7 grain rice that I received had some hard pieces and he acted as if he did not understand then just said he will give me more rice. Take heed when coming here for quality service and food.

I have been coming here about 2x a month for more than a year now and I love it so much. My usual order is white rice, Korean fried chicken, kimchi, corn cheese, green beans, and KFC sauce. It's always been great. I will keep coming back. :)

I never make reviews unless it’s bad ones but this place deserves recognition with the atmosphere brings such a calming. It feels like you’re in a different place. And don’t even get me started on the food at first I was skeptical because I’m very picky. But when I saw the dish, it looked extremely good. It smells so fresh and delicious and once I took the first bite, I knew this was going to be my favorite place The food was so immaculate. Literally the flavors were so delicious it all blended well together. 100% recommend coming to this place. The workers definitely help bringing the atmosphere!!!!!!!!

Right off Park Avenue, but the food beats half the restaurants in terms of taste, and is shockingly affordable.
Currently picking up my second order in as many days, and will 1000% be back regularly

I enjoy the food at Riccup a lot, reasonable prices for good quality food. however as someone who has come here often you can notice a trend in the few negative reviews. I felt the ratio of rice to other items in the bowl has gotten a little too high. The customer service felt much better when the gentleman was taking my order in the past compared to the current front of house lady who isn't very polite or helpful at all. Also very uncomfortable to have an employee glaring at the tip screen, lack of basic restaurant etiquette. While I still do enjoy the taste of the food, it was definitely a place I enjoyed frequenting much more in the past.
