I order here all the time today 2/26/2025 Singaporean noodles horrible do not taste the same dry harsh I don't know if they changed the chef but this food is not the same at ALL

The food was good, what sucked was that the cook didn't listen!!!! I said NO MEAT, except for Shrimps in the vegetable fried rice!!!! He only had 1 job, and the place was NOT busy.

The Chinese rice has a terrible flavor, nothing to do with cold rice, the chicken is very rich and crunchy but it has an old apollo flavor and the fried potatoes are socatas, change the chef

Who answers the phone!!! ?? Get her off immediately !!! When I call tells me Spanish like why don’t you guys have someone bilingual one Two I didn’t find it a problem when I called back with someone who knew Spanish her attitude was horrible let out a high sigh before asking us what we wanted very low low attitude horrible she’s gonna cost you guys money and guest but seeing your reviews it’s amongst other things the problems you guys have unbelievable

I asked for a regular rice with everything and that it included the vegetables for an additional .50 cents and I returned because they only gave me rice with vegetables and it did not have shrimp, ham, etc. etc. And they left me waiting 29 minutes until they attended to all the orders that were pending and 29 minutes later they put 3 shrimp and the rest blind, I missed my lunch time due to the delay
I personally expect more. The food was good for the price, and maybe my expectations was too high

Absolutely nothing from Rico Chino!! The Girl in the Front with a terrible attitude, zero attention at all times talking on her phone, has absolutely no idea what customer service is.
The food was overcooked rice with no flavor, horrible dry chicken, very hard, cold potatoes, tostones with too much garlic.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL! 0 Stars!
