The service sets the bar about as low as it can get. We had to track down our waiter to place the order. Now we can’t find anyone to pay. Don’t even think about asking for something extra. The food is OK, typical Italian. Not bad but not exceptional. Be prepared to find the wait staff, and don’t be in a hurry.

Went before to upscale McCoy’s Restaurant and had to leave due to slowness and attitude. Came here and the Hostess, Gabriela is a superstar that also cleans tables, and the Server Nylia is a sweetheart that follows up on you; gets you drinks ASAP and makes sure your food order goes through (which you can Order on your phone!).Sorrento Lemonade is refreshing and well-balanced. Food was good (Mushrooms Raviolis, Margherita Pizza and Caesar Salad.Ordered and paid on my phone with extraordinarily friendly efficient service. Cheers!

Not open at 10 am and the employees see you waiting and just turn their back. Update your hours on Google or tell your employees to let people know when you open. Sad!

No one working cares. There are more than 10 tables open, but one person checking people in and clearing tables. He said 40 minute wait. So slow. Go to Chili’s upstairs, their management cares and they have staff who are working hard.

? Italian restaurant inside the airport. The food is very delicious and the portions are abundant, you can share a plate.?We ordered two pizzas of 8 slices each. Very delicious, the dough is thin and crispy. On another occasion we tried the pasta and we liked it too.? The house bread is very delicious, they serve it with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.⏰ Service is sometimes delayed, especially if the place is full. If there is a long line for security control or you have little time before your flight leaves then I don't recommend eating here when there are many people.? The prices and service are good. We spent less than 30 dollars (x 2 people)♿️ There is space for people with reduced mobility.

Looking at the reviews of the Orlando Airport Mac Grill it is obvious that some people are leaving reviews for a Mac Grill that is in Orlando - the pictures give it away. My wife is a huge fan of Mac Grill and was looking forward to it and was quite disappointed. To say it was bad is an understatement. The food was bad, the service was bad, the restaurant was very dirty. It is honestly sad to see, as this can not be helping Mac Grill's reputation. It is a staff problem, and from what I observed it would require nearly a complete dismissal of the staff and rehire all positions. The one exception would be the host that seats you. It would take so little effort for this restaurant to live up to the reputation that Mac Grill would want.

I worked for Macaroni Grill for years, and came through the Orlando airport and was so excited to have some dinner there since it’s been years. There were 2 tables sat, two servers, and one bartender on duty when we entered the restaurant. We were sat at a table by the bar, where the hostess never gave us menus. We were then greeted 5-10 minutes after being sat and asked if we were ready to order, and never given drinks by this time. The bartender was the one serving us and never asked if we were enjoying our appetizer and salad when we were eating them, and never came to check on us until we had to ask another server for water since we were empty for awhile. She then brings a reusable Coke-Cola cup out to fill our waters up, not a pitcher like you would assume. Once we got our food we were only checked on one time and then didn’t see her again until we had to ask the hostess for water. The hostess brought us waters and our waitress then came over and made a joke about our thirst. Keep in mind we were the only table she had to take care of for the major of our visit other then one other table that came in when we were eating our entree. Overall, it was a really bad experience at the tail in of our great vacation.

Stopped by after getting off my plane and ordered a pepperoni pizza. Said it would take 15 minutes. Been waiting 45 and they keep telling me it’s ready. Have to leave at this point I can’t wait any longer. Do not waste your time.

This location is totally mismanaged. No manager in sight or on site. The wait staff is handicapped by a mismanaged kitchen / restaurant. There were like 12 tables with guests, and it took an hour to get a kid's pizza, a regular pizza, and a salad.

The food is average. Ambiance is bland. I miss the days when Romano's wait staff were dressed in black, white shirt . Nowadays, they walk around in jeans and t-shirts. When it comes to the house wine, What happened with the honor system where a jug of wine was left on your table and you were charged by the glass? My first experience in a Romano's was in the mid 90's in San Antonio. Everything about that evening there was amazing (the food, the aromas, the experience).

Running late, would tell us customers anything. Not pleasant or hospitable. Had to go to Chili's next door. Had to ask manager twice of status of opening and not pleasant. Will never go again especially when you have planes to catch.
