I’m not sure why this restaurant received so many negative reviews. Maybe it gets slow at peak times, but that’s not unexpected in airports. We ate an early lunch at 11:00, received wonderful service, and the food was all very good. I commented to my wife that our waitress was probably the most attentive and pleasant person we had encountered on our trip to Orlando and Universal. We were very happy with our lunch at Romano’s.
Marc was an amazing waiter! Will be back.
There was one server for the entire restaurant, but to be fair there were no other customers. My party of 3 were the only patrons in the place. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. I ordered the Mac & Cheese with chicken. It was meh at best. Very little cheese flavor. Mostly a cream sauce with some overcooked chicken slices.
