The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—top marks for customer service! That said, the store had just opened when I arrived on August 13th, 2025 at 4:06 AM, and unfortunately, my bacon gouda sandwich was served cold. The vanilla cream cold brew also tasted unusually bitter, which made me wonder if a step was missed in the preparation. There were only three people ahead of me in line and one waiting, so it wasn’t overly busy. Hoping this was just an early-morning hiccup!
I ordered a white chocolate mocha. They misunderstood and charged me for a white chocolate. Once I received drink I said I would pay for the difference. They said no worries they will add a shot of expresso to make it a coffee. I said do what you got to do. They took my drink and left it on the side of the counter and never fixed. The slowest opening ever. It is pass 4am and they are not even close to open. My fligh bords at 4:15 so I stand since 3:30 to make sure I have time. I will eat in another place.
