This Starbucks is in Airside 2 of Terminal A, the terminal that Southwest uses. This location is central to all of the gates and gets a ton of foot traffic. Save yourself some time and skip the line to place your order. Instead, place your order on the mobile app. They even have an employee there just to help pass out the mobile app orders. With that said, if you're in a hurry, you'll probably not want to try your luck here especially when there are a lot customers. The quality and taste of my coffee was on par for any Starbucks that I've visited.

I would not suggest going on a busy day we almost missed our boarding call due to waiting for our drink for 1hour and 1/2 and still never got our drinks we had to do a refund.Workers were working as hard as they could but lots of people were not getting there stuff and it was very frustrating. So if you don't wanna miss your flight don't go! Not worth the line

If you're going to be on this side of the airport, worth it to order ahead with the app. It gets extremely busy but that's not the baristas' fault. They worked efficiently and quickly despite a very long line full of many complex orders and food order in the AM before my flight. Don't go here if you're in a rush, but also don't be demanding if it's taking some time. It's a busy spot in this airport! Jessica was especially on top of calling out orders on 9/18. Thank you!

I ordered a white chocolate mocha. They misunderstood and charged me for a white chocolate. Once I received drink I said I would pay for the difference. They said no worries they will add a shot of expresso to make it a coffee. I said do what you got to do. They took my drink and left it on the side of the counter and never fixed. It waited over 20 minutes while other people got their orders after me. They kept looking at me and knew I was waiting but did nothing. I had to leave or I was going to miss my flight. Worse experience ever. I was very kind about them messing up the order too.

The slowest opening ever. It is pass 4am and they are not even close to open. My fligh bords at 4:15 so I stand since 3:30 to make sure I have time. I will eat in another place.

They did the best they could given the craziness, but there just can’t enough people back there in that tiny space. Food was good, drinks were good. No complaints there. Took 30 minutes to get two drinks and two breakfast sandwiches. Staff was nice given them being overwhelmed.

Honestly, I totally understand being busy and likely short staffed. But that doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude and yell at your paying customers. I waited an hour for a croissant I had ordered through mobile order. When I finally asked about it because I had to board my flight, I was told by the tall gentleman with the heavy accent that there was no ticket for it so it had already been picked up. I said well that can’t be the case because I never got it. He repeated again very loudly that it had already been picked up. I just said I would like a refund please because I had been waiting an hour at that point and had to go. He got very upset by this and started yelling at me, saying “NO! Everyone’s been waiting too you aren’t special!” It was so embarrassing and upsetting that I called my husband crying. Also, my coffee drink was only filled up a little more than halfway when I picked it up but I was willing to overlook that because I understand they were busy. But since they were so rude, I’m going to point it out here in a photo as well (I hadn’t even had one sip yet). Thankfully I was able to get a refund when I called the number in the Starbucks app. But I just have to come here to say unfortunately that I will never return to this Starbucks again. Quite possibly the worst service experience I’ve ever had.

Do yourself a favour and bring a flask of coffee The counter people are overwhelmed Part of it is people order such stupidly complicated drinks .

This restaurant is suppose to be open but it’s not because they said they don’t have a manager… how irresponsible is it to not know how to open a store without a manager. She said she only has two people to show up to work. The time is 414am . This shows poor leadership and poor training in how to work in adversity…

I guess that no foam means lots of foam, very slow and rude It's been my luck with Starbucks today Can they just get it right and do what made them great Seems to be going down hill Maybe got to big and forgot everything

Was at this Starbucks on the record setting busiest day MCO has had during spring break 2023. The staff was overwhelmed and the line was long. Despite this, the staff all had a great attitude. Special shout out to Buffy who was working the register with a smile. Thanks for the great coffee.

I was flying from Orlando to Las Vegas on Sunday and I decided to get a refresher drink from Starbucks. On the line no less than 25 people standing. I got my order at 7:27am from the cashier. At 8:05am decide to leave because my flight was calling to board and just waste my money. The boarding was a little bit late and decide to come back and see. 8:15am and my drinks was not had made. My wife called to run to the boarding and got my drink at 8:24am. Almost one hour to get a drink is not acceptable at all. Staffing, management, poor customer service and people angry is the normal condition now at Starbucks. Next time grab a drink from another store. I will not come back for sure.

Unorganized and slow. They take in as many orders as they can get, and then make everyone wait 30+ mins for their order. Lots of orders that they had to give away due to people having to leave. They messed up my order twice during that 30min wait. Edit: to clarify. The problem with this Starbucks is that it’s too small to handle the volume of people that come in through that airport area. The employees are overworked and this leads to longer queues and mistakes. My opinion is that online orders should not be allowed, and, instead of taking every single order without servicing a single one, a proper first in first out order should be used to service in line customers. There will be a line, but at least customers know how long the wait is based on it and those that do get serviced get the proper service.

Unbelievably slow. Don't mobile order here and expect to save time. It will take twice as long and few of the crew members will be able to assist you.

Bad experience at this busy location due to the rude and dismissive behaviour of the cashier and another staff member who handed over the drinks. I was unable to inquire about a missing item in my order. To make matters worse, one of the hot drinks was not secured properly and ended up spilling, ruining my clothes and almost burning a another customer. I asked the counter staff to act professionally and handle the situation, however, the short cashier only became more hostile and started shouting. Despite the unpleasant experience, I did not receive a refund or replacement for my drink. Shame on them for gang up on a customer because they aren't fit to work.
