Staff made sure my boyfriend truly enjoyed his birthday. From the set up of the table to the attention to detail and service we received. Our waitress was managing multiple tables, two large tables and still made sure to keep up with us to ensure we were happy.

We had not been to Ruth's Chris in many years, Magical Dining was the perfect time to revisit. We were Not disappointed, the steak ? perfectly cooked, sides were delicious. Wine choice stellar. Looking forward to another dinner soon.

Unfortunately this was not the best experience. Being in hospitality I try to limit negative feedback. The service was lacking - Dirty plates never removed from the table. Server was nice enough - just not very attentive. My steak was not the best either. Just disappointed in the overall experience. My apologies and I hope this feedback will help improve service.
